Came in to golf with my girlfriend and all I asked from the waitstaff was a glass of water and they ALL declined it, I asked multiple people. Not to mention the attitude the worker from the bar gave, like Jesus Christ I didn’t realize my demand was so crazy. This place is complete bs.

The establishment has potential but as of right now I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. As soon as we walked into the building, there was a young man behind the counter occupied on his phone that pointed to the staircase, assuming he was directing us to walk upstairs where the actual golf and restaurant is located. That was an odd interaction and seemed a bit unprofessional. As soon as we got to where we needed to be, it seemed very disorganized with confusion amongst the workers the whole time we were there. The impression I got was that it’s a starter job with adolescents that have no work experience. We bought 1 round of golf which states online it lasts about 30 minutes. With 2 people it took about 10-15 minutes to complete. We opt to eat in the restaurant side afterwards and were not impressed. We started off with the Korean BBQ Bao Buns. It mainly had fat over the actual meat. Next, I ate The Pitmaster flatbread. It was over cooked so the flatbread was extremely tough and crunchy. There was probably one small piece of chicken per each slice. The fountain drinks that we ordered tasted like pure chlorine. Unfortunately, I could not take more than a sip. I’ve never experienced that before in a restaurant. We were never offered any utensils, napkins, or extra plates for appetizers until we asked for them. I had to go to the bar to grab some napkins as the appetizer was a bit messy. When given extra plates it was full of grime, stuck on food and fingerprints all throughout the surface of the plates. We sat there for about 20-25 minutes after we were clearly done eating just to be able to ask for our check. The prices and the looks of the establishment is “upscale” (as stated on their website) but the experience is not. I don’t see this establishment being open for very long unless major changes happen. Overall, very disappointed in our experience. We drove over an hour due to the raving reviews and by the end of our experience, couldn’t wait to leave the establishment.

the actual experience was good, but the guy running the cloak room was actually awful. he took my parking ticket to validate it so i only had to pay $5, but he was too busy watching tv on his phone to look at what he was doing. all he had to do was put the ticket in a machine, the machine stamps the ticket, and he hands it back. but he didn’t do it right! so i had to pay almost four times the price i was supposed to. this is the first person we saw when walking in, and he was just incredibly rude. i’m all for slacking on the job, boss makes a dollar we make a dime and all that, but i dunno im just really annoyed he couldn’t turn off youtube shorts for long enough to stick my ticket in the machine all the way.

My first time here was less than superb. My husband and I met friends here…the concept is cool and the courses looked fun, however it was a nightmare. They had everybody on the same two course so it was SO overly crowded, you literally could hardly move. There was hardly room to even stand thats how over crowded they had it. Also the balls kept not registering, which happened at every hole to people in our group (there were only 4 of us). When we first started and my ball wasn’t working I was told Id need to wait a while because it wasn’t registering and they didn’t have any other balls available. When I asked to speak to a manager because I thought that was ridiculous, he was an ABSOLUTE smart ass and told me no, and I said I explained to him in a normal manor why I wanted to speak to a manager and he told me if I have an attitude with him he wont help me and he literally was yelling. I said I do not have an attitude and I just wanted to speak with a manager on the situation because I found it hard to believe given it was put put place there literally were no other balls available. He told me NO, again yelled it at me. I said I suggest you get a manager now. Ironically enough the manager was able to get me a new ball immediately so not sure what this arrogant employees issue was. I think it ridiculous there are no refunds only option for a free game or food voucher. The amount of issues we faced I doubt Id even come back for a free game. The staffing were all rude and unfriendly. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing nor seemed like they wanted to be there. They were all on their phones, most of them just standing around. It was very unorganized. Also down below where they can validate parking tickets she left before they closed so people were not able to get theirs validated and were just standing there since she had left. Don’t offer to do something if you’re staffing isn’t able to stay till close. I was overly unimpressed and the way I was treated for literally asking to speak to a manager was just appalling!

Today was my first experience at Puttshack, and I was not impressed. I had an early booking, and we were the only two people at the location at the time. When I approached the counter, the two hosts ignored us at first and kept talking to each other. I asked one of the host (tall larger Hispanic girl) about the process on how to start, because it was our first visit and she acted like we bothered her as she was looking at her cell phone. During the game, we had an issue, and she ignored us asking her because she was too busy looking at her phone. The only thing that was good about the visit was the Black lady that I believe works as a waitress. She was the only person who helped us purchase more games. It was very disappointing to see what seemed to be the manager setting at the bar with the host on their cell phones. I'm sure that's where the bad behavior comes from.
My suggestion is to book everything yourself because the hostess is horrible and not helpful. The website is very user-friendly, and the games are fun.
I would give this location a 1 star for the service and treatment, but the Black lady that worked today and the website increased the score.

Really cool set up, but service just sucks. The workers act like they don't want to be there and when we sat at the bar no one helped us. I would understand if you are busy, but a simple, I'll be right with you would have gone a long way. The bar tenders just passed me and my family twice without saying a word.

We arrived at 5:30 on a Sunday and were greeted by a helpful and polite hostess. The putt-putt was fun, but we ran into some issues with the golf balls needing to be reprogrammed multiple times. Unfortunately, the wheelchair lift was out of order, which was inconvenient.
Service was slow, and the menu had very few options. The ladies’ restroom lacked toilet paper and paper towels, and the bar was out of limes. Additionally, several beer and wine selections were unavailable.

Pretty good food with quick service. Some issues with the machines but they were quick to help. We were there early so there were hardly any customers.

We had the unfortunate experience of coming on our Saturday date night. Drinks looked amazing but We waited 20 minutes at the bar where no one waited on us and the bar tender just stood there texting. Technology was really cool but the 9 course went quick and super crowded. We had planned to have dinner but when we could barely walk through the place we thought against it and went across the street. Might visit during the week for another round.

My son’s foot got caught in one of their sliding features. It was an absolutely terrifying experience, hearing his fear still brings me to tears. We spoke with a manager that day, after waiting over 30 minutes!! He said we would be hearing from somebody to follow up and we never heard back from ANYONE. We were not offered a refund, nothing! Terrible experience at this place would not recommend to anyone

Service was super friendly and food was great. But the drinks were not the greatest—however do keep in mind it’s not really a top tier bar. But it’s a great time.
