I bought a tuxedo for my wedding from the store on Kirby Drive in Houston. I made my decision over 3 or 4 visits and the service throughout was very good. Very informative and the team really took their time. The fitting was really carefully done and the team made me feel confident about the order. After ordering, the communication wasn't as strong. I had to follow up several times to find out how my order was progressing. It also took some time to get my receipt, I even had to visit the store to get it. But in the end the the tuxedo was really great and after a couple of corrections the end result and the look and feel of it was everything I was hoping. Thanks to the team!

I have had an great experience at Q Clothier due to Tre'ion's guidance and assistance. He is very knowledgeable, personable and listens to my opinions and needs. He has been exceptional with keeping me informed when new items he thinks I would be interested in arrive in the store and is always looking out for me and my style. I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and overall energy, and I look forward to doing more business with him.

We just had the best experience picking out my fiancé’s suit for our wedding. Tony is amazing. He helped us match/ piece everything together to make the perfect customized suit. I cannot wait to see it when it’s all ready!

I’d give this place zero stars if possible. Do not waste your money on this place. The lady we worked with had zero clue what she was doing and my husband wasn’t able to wear his custom suit on our wedding day. Zero customer service and they made us feel like it was our fault and tried to talk us out of the suit being too small. Way overpriced for the overall experience… go anywhere else.

First impressions were great. Greeted instantly by Tre'ion. Nice guy that made the shopping easy. I enjoyed the vibe of the place and the quality of the clothing was exceptional. I will be going back soon.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PUSHED OFF TO THE SIDE AFTER YOU ALREADY PAID IN FULL. - bad customer service - lied to repeatedly - push off to the side - wrong order was delivered - no regards to timeline of my wedding - now nobody has an answer for me I've been through hell and back dealing with them from the start. I came 4 months early before my wedding to get buy two custom suits. I trusted this business to deliver two suits that I paid in full and all I got were lies, poor communication, the wrong order, and no sense of urgency and mind you that my wedding is in 4 days from today. Karli Burghoff is the worse employee there. I placed an order in June and she called me 1-2 hours later telling me the fabric was no longer available. So I said okay, I'll just take a refund and she told me "we don't do refunds once the orders are submitted, we will only give you store credit." I was confused at first cause it was only hours after I came into the store and if the fabric is not available, how can you submit it? I told her I wanted to speak to a manager. She then tells me the cash I paid for has already been deposited. It felt like a cash grab from the beginning cause she was hungry for sales. Now it all makes sense. After speaking to the manager, I was able to refund 1 of my suits, which I paid cash for. Jared opens up a book with all my cash and refunds my cash from the day before. I wanted to be polite and at least give them some business but that's were everything went wrong. I picked out another fabric and lining for one suit and left thinking, okay. I'll come back in a month or so to get tailored and fitted for my wedding. Month and a half passes by with no update. I call to make sure we're still on time and early for the wedding. She tells me she hasn't heard back from the manufacturer and that she would update me. Comes to find out, she never placed the order and that she ended up putting the order in 3 weeks after I came in and paid!! What was the point of me coming in early if you were gonna place the order later? Then things take a turn for the worse. Now the fabric I have chosen is on back order and won't be available for another couple weeks. So Jared, the store manager takes over the situation and tries to fix Karli's mess up. He assures me he will fix it and that we still have time before the wedding to get remeasured and tailored. I give him the benefit of the doubt and just go along. He calls me back to let me know, they haven't started production on suit and he doesn't know what's going on. Now I'm started to get worried. Fast forward to now. I keep checking back in with him and he tells me that the suit should be here September 10. I call that Saturday and he now tells me it won't be here till Monday September 12 now. I said okay, I understand, you have no control over that. I then get the tracking number from Jared and it shows the suit had been finally delivered to Q Clothier which was signed off by the one and only Karli Burghoff. Jared texts me to go up to the store and try on the suit. I drive 50 mins across town and when I arrive at 12:00. There's a sign in the door that says, "sorry we'll be back around 2pm"..... I call Karli to see what's going on as to why I was instructed to drive all this way just to come to a closed store mid day. She lies to me and says, "your suit is not here, come back tomorrow to pick it up." I explain to her, Jared told me to come. She then lies again and says your suit is not here! I then send her a screenshot of the UPS tracking which Jared provided me and it clearly shows her last name Burghoff that she accepted the delivery and signed off on it. So I ask her, you guys made me drive all this way, you lie about my suit not being delivered, the store is closed mid day in between hours of operation, and now Im asking to see my suit, which I paid for, and now you're telling me you can't do that and that you've been instruc

We ordered my husband a custom suit and shirt last year. He loved them! Then this year, I called to order another custom shirt for a Father's Day gift and contacted the store. I had an unusual request and wanted to communicate via text or email, as it was a surprise gift, and John was very gracious, patient, professional and helpful. He was able to pull my husband's measurements from our order last year and right size the shirts I bought today. He sent me several pictures via text messaging and was quick to respond on all of my requests. The entire process was so easy and I greatly appreciated John's assistance. He definitely went above and beyond the standard level of service!

Great experience working with John. Walked through every part of the process with me and came out with an end result that exceeded all of my expectations. This was my first time shopping for a suit and he made the whole experience as easy as possible. Will for sure come back I need a suit or any kind of dress shirt, and would recommend to anybody else looking for a quality fit.

It was my husbands birthday and I wanted to make him feel special for working so hard for our family and deserving it . Taylor and John did it all and above with customer service and the best style for my husband ! My husband looks so handsome with the best look, quality and trends . The clothes and customer service here is a must come experience you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Taylor and John. ! We will always come back !

My experience with Taylor at Q Clothier was phenomenal. I contacted Taylor one month before my daughter's wedding to see if it would be possible to get a custom suit in that timeframe. Even though I had never shopped with Q Clothier and waited until the last minute, Taylor assured me that she could do it. She not only delivered on her promise, but gave me exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. The suit was ready for a final fitting within 2 1/2 weeks, and I picked the completed suit up 3 days before the wedding. The final product was outstanding. The quality was fantastic and it fit perfectly. In fact, while I was waiting to have some pictures taken before the wedding, one of the photographers asked, "Did you get a custom fitted suit?" I told her I did and she said, "It looks great!" It made my day. I will be going to Q Clothier for all of my suits, sport coats and dress shirts in the future.

Great place for custom suits, shirts, and more. I have been going to Taylor for over a year now and she has been awesome to work with. She has done a great job of helping build out my wardrobe. She learns your preferred style and doesn’t just try to sell you the most expensive items. A few times I needed to have a custom shirt retailored and they did it for free. Can’t recommend enough.

Ms Taylor helped me with my first custom jackets purchase. She explained all the ins and outs of having a jacket of such high quality and what to expect. Any future need for custom clothes, I will be calling Q Clothier and Ms Taylor specifically ... Also, they have a great Bourbon & Whiskey Bar

This is my go to store in Houston for custom clothing. I’ve had suits made by them and I couldn’t be happier. The service, level of communication and quality of options are unmatched in this City. On top of it all, the person I interact with Taylor, well she just rocks!
