Cardboard boxes arrived soaking wet. Dresser and clothes were moldy. Packing tape attached to items that ruined them when removed. Mattress bag removed during transit so it was delivered I protected. Majority of items damaged or ruined.

This company is a scam! They promise you a price below the market, and when the moving truck arrives, they demand a much higher amount than agreed. If you refuse, they take the deposit and don't refund it! Don't trust this company! Initially, they quoted me $2085.00, but when the truck arrived, they wanted to charge me $3500. I canceled the service and lost a $729 deposit!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The driver and owner, Ron, is a liar and a scammer. Not only did they fail to communicate efficiently throughout the entire process, but they lost multiple items of mine and getting reimbursed for it and/or getting them to respond has been a nightmare. The level of unprofessionalism is insane. Upon arrival to pick up my items, Ron all of a sudden came up with a handful of extra charges that were added onto my total quote. I had no choice at that point but to agree. At delivery, they added more charges and kept on making up lies about where my lost items were. Not worth the money, the time or the effort. I truly hope that y'all get shut down for being slimy pieces of shit.

This company has different locations, but all have the same DOT number. I spoke to Justin Brown, and he assured me the cost would not exceed his quote. I was very specific and clear about the dimensions of the move. Three days before the move, the "driver" contacts me and asks for pictures. The diver raised the price by $1,000 dollars. It turned out he was the owner of the company, and said the total amount charged would be contingent on how many hours his workers took to load the truck. I saw other reviews where these movers, added charges, and held for ransom customer valuables until the customer paid. The move was outside my price range. Even when I changed it from a long distance to a local move, the "owner" did not change the original quote. The move would have been about a mile away. I opted to lose the deposit than to keep dealing with the company. So, in short, Justin gives you a really good quote, three days before the move, the boss calls you and jacks up the price, then you can either lose your deposit, or continue with the process and risk losing your goods if you do not pay added charges. Very dishonest, not fair to the client, should explain better how they conduct business.

These movers were contracted by Coastal Transport Movers for a cross country move. They provided a new contract upon pick up that lengthened my delivery time from 1 week which was quoted by Coastal to 3 weeks. Costs more than doubled initial quote ($2K -> $6K)Meanwhile, before both pick up and drop off , a call was made less than 12 hours in advance, with a poor level of service (frantic, confusing to understand) to schedule the move. This resulted also in the fee increase due to wait time at storage unit due to having so little time given in advance to coordinate having a person on site.I will be posting an update to this review once my things have been received on the condition of said things. Legal action will be pursued if there are further delays or damages to goods (I have a $6K tempurpedic mattress that if not transported with care, will be damaged, in addition to plenty of music instruments)So far, this has been the most unprofessional moving experience and I hope anyone reading this do your best to hire a better moving company for long distance moves.

Originally contracted with homesafe movers. They subcontracted to quality movers. They up charged us for a “shuttle” by $700. They broke 7 pieces of furniture during the move. They refused to reply to calls or emails. Filed complaint with BBB.They denied responsibility for breaking our furniture stating we had packed them ourselves. 5 of the 7 broken pieces were packed by quality.Do not recommend.

I went online to find a moving company, I was referred to Quality moving experts through my sister. They have a system where they refer you to 5 moving companies and they will call you to give you quotes. a nice young guy named Jay called me, he gave me a quote then I went ahead with the quotes from other companies. He later called me back to follow up and see if I would be using Quality moving experts or one of the other companies. I told him I needed some more time and that I would be comparing quality as well as pricing. He gave me a few references and I made my decision. I moved with AE, they did a great job and everything was on time. The movers were nice and professional, I have only good things to say about this company. Highly recommended!!

This company is HORRIBLE, they almost doubled the cost of our move, showed up in old uhaul looking moving truck in terrible condition. They did a no show on the first day. Was not going to deliver our stuff on the pre-approved day so they forced us to pay $500 to get our furniture. Owner showed up at destination and demanded the complete payment in CASH be made and then left only one person to unload which we had to help. So basically if you want to pay DOUBLE and then HELP unload your own stuff , this is your company. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

DO NOT USE Quality Moving Services (carrier) and Alliance Van Line (booking agent). It took over 2 months (Aug 6 to Oct 16, 2019) to transport my household items from Houston, TX to Dana Point, CA. The delays were due to a Quality Moving Services driver being involved in ILLEGAL activity and the owner, Ran, of Quality Moving Services hold back my belongings. They damaged my $5500 Tempurpedic mattress and offered to only pay $60 for the damages. Note: Quality Moving was selected by Alliance Van Line. I was not aware of the booking agent and carrier relationship until now.On Aug 8th, the police confiscated the truck containing my items in Albuquerque, NM, because the truck in use was reported STOLEN. The driver called me on Aug 19th, needing me to call the actual owner of the stolen truck to release my belongings. After I called the truck owner about the release process, I called Alliance. Alliance refused to listen to me and redirected me to the carrier. It took me two days of begging and pleading with Alliance via many phone calls and emails to investigate the stolen truck situation because Quality Moving wouldn't answer my calls. The owner of Quality Moving, Ran, is unprofessional and untrustworthy. When I followed up about my delivery date the week of Aug 12th, Ran said the truck was en-route to CA. However, in reality, the truck had been impounded in NM since Aug 8th. Even though my belongings were released on Sep 26th, Ran didn’t pick them up until Oct 1st. Alliance promised the carrier would be delivered straight to CA once they were recovered. But for some reason, Ran took my belongings back to TX instead-delaying delivery until Oct 16th. Ran would give us false delivery date and string us along each time I asked for an update.Furthermore, my $5500 Tempurpedic mattress was damaged upon delivery. The inside material was cracked and rolled up into a 2 feet bulge. Per Tempupedic support, inside material of the mattress will shift if mover does not transport the mattress FLAT. When I contacted Ran about my mattress on delivery date, he said it was already damaged when he picked it up. I told him he would have documented the damage on the contract during loading if it’s damaged and I have proof it was not damaged during loading. Then, he said it’s fixable. It just got belly and that everything was normal. On another note, watch out for the packaging fee for electronics. Ran charged additional $425 for packaging that took less than 30 minutes (putting cardboard over the electronic areas of the Tempu-Ergo bed base, saran wrap massage chair, cardboard around picture frames that I already bubble wrapped and putting cardboard on a 1 foot stone house). I clearly told Alliance when they provided me the quote that I have a Tempu-Ergo bed base and massage chair. Alliance never once said there will be additional cost for packaging the electronic area and it must be packaged by the carrier (I believe this is their way of earning more money). During loading, Ran told me Tempu-Ergo bed base and massage chair ELECTRONIC may be DAMAGED if we don’t allow him or his crew to package. I didn’t have a choice but to pay b/c the deposit was non-refundable and we were scheduled to clear our old house in two days. Their white glove service does not include putting cardboard around the electronic area, just blanket around the item and loading/unloading.My husband and I went through many frustrating phone calls and emails with Alliance and Quality Moving Services for over 2 months. In the end, Alliance offered a $1100 discount. However, that did not outweigh the sheer amount of stress, frustration, and anxiety that my family and I went through. My husband and I now have backaches from sleeping on an air mattress. We were unprepared to find a more suitable replacement because we were constantly promised that our mattress and furniture would arrive soon. To our dismay, when our mattress finally arrived, it was damaged and we were only offered $60 in compensation.

I hired Quality Moving Services to move my two bedroom apartment and they were hands-down amazing. They worked quickly and always made sure to check with me about placement. I was especially pleased that the foreman offered to re-adjust anything that was out of place. The movers were extremely quick in their responses for quotes. They had by far the best price and best customer service. I would surely hire them again.

This company functions on criminal behavior. When my furniture was delivered, some items broken, Ran held my things 'hostage' on the truck in order to demand more money over than the agreed contracted price that had both his signature and mine. At 11o'clock at night, hours later than the scheduled delivery time, he threatened to throw my furniture off the truck and onto the street if I did not pay him several hundred dollars over the contracted price. Hindsight, I should have called the police. This person is extremely dishonest, no professionalism and a true scammer in a dangerous way. Never ever contact this business. A true criminal.

This company is a complete scam. They are liars, thieves, and just overall scum. Any positive review is guaranteed fake. They initially quoted $1900, I told them all measurements on phone. The day movers came asked more $1000 on top, which is totally un professional. At the end i lost my $500 payment which they said is non refundable because i refused to pay more. So whoever reads this review - please don't do any business with these people. The quote may seem very attractive and competitive but at the end remember what happened to me.

These movers did an amazing job with my move. They worked really hard to ensure that the job was done timely all while taking very good care of my items. They placed all of my items exactly where I wanted. The prices were reasonable too. Highly recommended moving service.
