I do not recommend renting a room which was disgusting, it smelled bad, the towels were disgusting, there were dead cockroaches and there was hair on the bathroom floor and there was a used beard on the floor. I went to talk to the manager and I told him why Please change my room oh and send it to be cleaned well because it was disgusting and his only response was you want clean towels he didn't want to solve anything and there isn't even breakfast that is a lie according to that it is included but nothing

I do not recommend staying in this hotel . It does not have habitable living conditions I made a reservation for my Mom but regretted that I did . The hotel had a terrible smell because there was a roof leak . First , we were given a room with a tobacco smell , then they gave us another room and it had a bad smell of moisture and a mold . It was so nasty and disgusting!! It was too late to try to find another hotel and it was not easy after a very long travel from Europe . Find the recent pic attached , spend a little more money and have a pleasant and comfortable stay somewhere else .

I still have no power at my place due to the storm in Houston on May 16. I just checked into the room this afternoon. Supposedly into a CLEAN room but the trash hasn't been taken out, toilet paper wasn't restocked, and there were containers of food from the previous guest. I didn't tell anyone at the front desk yet but definitely will when i check-out tomorrow.

Was a mid to low experience, staff was a bit rude. Apparently no room service when I asked for towels to my room, the next day the lady some how knew I asked for towels the day before so she asked why “im asking for more” like I’m going to steal towels from them. Other then that not a bad place to stay you get that you pay for when it comes to service. Spend a lil more and you get better

The hotel is fine but please give your employees ADA training that requires reasonable accommodation for someone with a disability. I have one small backpack and 2 to 3 plastic bags that I need help with to get to the Room and to the car and this is clearly a reasonable accommodation requirement, especially when there is a baggage cart next to the front desk.
Not ADA accommodation friendly for this purpose. I had to bring my bags myself last night to the last room of the hallway.
One person working is not an excuse when yiu have a bell at the front desk which clearly shows that your front desk personnel leave the desk from time to time.

Horrible place so disgusting and the room smelled so bad and so dirty breakfast was rotten apples and stale cereal, owner looked at me stupid when I literally walked him to the room and showed him the room said I will get deposit back but he expected me to sleep there there was paint over mold in the bathroom the paint was peeling and falling so u could tell it was mold the mattres stained and they didn’t provide sheets , literally like a homeless mattress please don’t stay here it was so bad

I want to Thank the entire crew. Management, Staff and Houskeepers!!! You can't screen ever person, family. They did their very best to maintain a clean, safe, enviroment. 2023' was rough, we personally seen the updates and changes. We wish the new owner and their crew the very best! Thank you! If you need a room, try this place.

Honestly the only bad thing was the pool wasn't ready, it had a pizza box in the bottom.

The Quality Inn is located on the corner of a freeway and a major road, so this is a great start. It’s easy to access and travel to and from. There’s lots of food, literally, across the street. It’s one mile from three major grocery stores. There is even a launderette three doors up the street if the hotel laundry is busy and you’re in a hurry.
The hotel is under new ownership. They have spent the last year cleaning and repairing the building and grounds. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job of keeping the place clean the rooms stock with necessities. The breakfast is lacking but okay. The coffee is hot and that’s all that matters, really. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The shower is hot, and the towels are clean.
This is a good location and a clean hotel if you need to stay a night, or a month. The owners are very friendly and nice. Both of the late-night women behind the desk are friendly and respectful. The housekeeping staff are very nice and always willing to help.

Rooms: Tenía una cucaracha mi habitación y el olor no era el mejor en el pasillo y habitaciones,el desayuno muy pobre, se sentía olor a humedad con cigarro y demás.Muy amables y algo tranquilo, ni me quedó deseo de regresar.

They ask you for a $50 deposit then at check out they tell you it will be back on your bank 12 to 14 days WTH!!!
