People sitting in the lobby with urine in their specimen cups. As a medical professional I don’t think this is how things should be done. Just wow! Where they do that at? It doesn’t matter if you make an appointment or not they don’t honor that either. Used kiosk signed in at 1259. The computer said that I would be seen at 1:00. It’s now 1:40pm

Very convenient to make schedule online. The staff are very courteous and kind. The technician is very skilled, she did not poke around to find the right vein to draw my mother's blood. Thank you.

I firat went to your location at 17070 Red Oak as a walk-in since I was in between two doctor's appointments and the first doctor wanted a blood test right away. I entered my info and a grouchy young woman with a sour disposition came out and mumbled something and asked me my info again. I was told it could be up to 2 hours even though there was only two other people in the waiting area. I explained that I had a doctor's appointment at 2:30pm across the street in 30 minutes and could they do my blood test afterwards. She very rudely told me that if I came in later they probably wouldn't be able to do it because they close at 4pm. There I was standing there with my walker and my foot heavily bandaged, since I just had foot surgery a few days ago, and needed a blood test to check if the infection was responding to my meds. I understand you have rules and procedures, but that person's attitude was horrible and lacked any vestige of care or compassion. Later while on your website I saw where I could still make a same day appointment for 3:10pm at that location or 3:20pm at the one at 930 FM 1960. So I went to the latter location. The experience was night and day different. The employees had smiles on their faces and were very polite. The tech that helped me was very patient especially since there was an error with my doctor's order not being in the system. Those employees at you Red Oak location need some customer service training and be taught how to talk to clients in a way that doesn't make them feel unimportant or a nuisance.

I don’t know why Quest asks for you to book online! I did that and had to sit for over an hour due to the system in their end not finalizing or overbooking the appointment! It’s annoying… You getting money from the insurance and our copays get an efficient system! And have someone at the window to help the elderly and blind people… ugh!

everyone was nice and friendly. The person who drew my blood is very talented at what she does. She was able to draw blood easily, even though most people have trouble finding a good vein on me. She was polite too.

Online scheduling and check in are super. The online check in was recently added, and totally improved the process. I arrived at 9:10, and was out before 9:20. The technicians are very professional, and knowledgeable. The facility is always spotless. I highly recommend them. Use the app on your phone, for a speedy visit.I had the results on the app that evening.
