Melissa was amazing! I usually pass out and sweat a lot when getting blood drawn, but for the first time in 29 years, that didn’t happen. She talked to my husband and me throughout the whole appointment, made me feel comfortable, and kept everything calm and easy. Such a sweet and caring professional. I highly recommend this location !

This place is the worst. They don’t want to work. Rude and worried about going to lunch instead of helping others. Y’all need to hire ppl that want to WORK!!!!!

The lady the did the blood draw was very sweet and kind. We had a conversation. I am so amazed. She was able to draw blood first time. But, that's s not the best part. I always bruise always. You can't even tell where she stuck me. I never got a bruised at all nothing. That a first for me.
She and I talked the entire time a Lil about her a Lil about me. I'm 62 sometimes I get stuck 2 or 3 times. The whole thing took minutes. I praise her work and her way of making me comfortable. And the great conversation. I'm only sorry I can't remember her name. She's a beautiful Hispanic lady. I hope she sees this review

Staff is excellent, however website scheduling is non-functional on mobile and the automated phone scheduling service is worthless.

We really enjoy the Binz Stree location, parking is very convenient, the check in kiosk is user-friendly, every single phlebotomist we've interacted with has been delightful, knowledgeable, and do everything with meticulous excellence and kindness.

Marquisha (excuse my spelling ) was great. She talked me through all of my charges, was able to explain what each doctor ordered and she found a vein the first time which is not always easy for me.

This place is terrible, find another location. These people had me waiting for over 40 mins after my appointment because I had checked in as walking by mistake. I showed them my appointment email and they kept on telling me I was next for 40mins while they took other people in. One lady who was there for pick up got upset and left because they wouldn’t attend to her. The black lab worker straight up argued with at
Least 3 different people while I was there.

I’m an unusually hard stick and it is always a pleasure to have Marqweisha draw my blood. For someone who is use to being stuck in multiple locations being stuck once is an occurrence which I would love to happen all the time. Thanks Quest, Marqweisha is the best…..
