I got there 15 minutes before closing and I was told that I could not check in but a person of Caucasian descent was able to. I felt so sad! I just wanted my child’s allergy test done!

Been to this location twice because it's the only one you don't have to pay for parking. The employees have been late both times either not arriving till 1:05 or not opening the door till then. Then they make you make an appointment just to drop off samples, then the story was that they needed paperwork filled out but they did not the paper work ready so they handed a very unclear form they they would just "slap a sticker on later". They had my insurance info already and the order was in the bag so the entire things was just a waist of time. Horrible service, unclear directions, and a cluttered work place.

It is so hard to make an appointment online . They never have mornings avalaible so you go walk in and when you come the lady outside tells you you would have to wait for a long time (even when there is not one in the lobby waiting) so you will leave and find another place. It happens to a man who just entered while I was waiting. I waited 10 min so he was able to do it too. Why does she do that?

Do not come here for a glucose test. Despite what their website says, they were unable to do a glucose test for me because all of their glucose drinks were frozen solid.

Checked in on time. Waited 30 mins while they called people that came in after me. No communication. I don’t know why they can’t stick to a reasonable schedule.

Worst location ever. Do not visit. No empathy. I rushed to get here before 5 to get bloodwork done and they would not allow me in. Now I have to wait 2 days because of the holiday

Staff kind but not helpful. They do not perform all tests here, better to call before visit.

Didn't get her name, but the phlebotomist in room 1 at the Randalls on Bellaire at Buffalo Speedway was efficient and patient and lovely
