Most Quest locations are bad, but this is literally the worst one I have ever been to. - They were unable to find a record of my order, despite the fact that my doctor, who was on the phone with me, swore up and down that it was there. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive when this happened. - My doctor then sent me a barcode for the order that they should have been able to scan, which has worked for me at other Quest locations. The staff here said that they "didn't use barcodes." - They then asked me to email an unencrypted copy of my test order to one of their email addresses. Is this not a HIPAA violation? I was extremely uncomfortable with this. - After finally managing to transmit the order to them, the staff had removed my appointment from the cue, despite the fact that they of course had not drawn my blood. So I had to go back and check in again as a walk-in. - Finally they actually drew my blood, but FORGOT a test and only noticed after they had finished, so had to stick me again in the other arm! - On this second stick, they gave me a hematoma (my arm swelled up like a baseball the next day). - They did not tape me up properly after this second stick - the pad and tape were so loose that they were not really in contact with my skin - so I bled all over my shirt as I walked out. Literally unbelievable. I will never go back here and will be looking into reporting them.

This place is disorganized and racist! We made appointments over the phone the day before. But when we got there the machine cannot recognize our appointment. Then instead of helping us find the appointment, the nurse assumed we requested wrong location! She told us to remake appointment which we did and it is one hour later. So basically they just serve whoever walk theough the door after us. Finally I argued with them, they took one of my daughter. But a white lady walked in and discovered she had the same issue. Without arguing, they took her right away leaving my other daughter waiting. What a racist place!!!

If I could give a lesser star Iwould. The nurse didn't Read my papers she guessed and confirmed. She wanted to charge me $600 for lab work, partial to my insurance and $158 from me. She never even looked at me, only her computer. I tore up the paper and

My daughter and I were walk ins on a Saturday morning. The two phlebotomists saw us immediately, were patient, kind and professional.

I’ve had bad experiences here before, so this time I made an appointment. I showed up a little early. they took the early appointment first and then someone who walked in was taken second. Even though I checked in for my scheduled appointment before she did. When I said something to the phlebotomist (Aura), she yelled at me and told me to go sit down. I hate this location. very disorganized and rude. I miss the quest on Weslayan . I’m only come here because my doctor requires it. I used to love quest.

I’m a 23 year old male. I have never had my blood drawn, I have always been terrified of needles, I’ve dogged every blood test my entire life. My doctor ordered a test and I waited a week to build up the courage. The ladies at quest we so pleasant and calming, and the woman (Tasha) drawing my blood got it on the first try without any discomfort, 30 seconds later we were done. I can’t tell you how happy I was to have such skilled and experienced people helping me. I won’t go anywhere else.

This place has gone so downhill. 5 years ago i would go every month to get blood drawn and dawn who worked there at the time was amazing. so i went today at 11:40, there was and no one waiting in there just two nurses chatting. this was 20 mins before they close for lunch and wasn’t even greeted until putting my information in to tell me they stopped taking walk ins when no one was in there. All i needed was blood drawn for my primary care doctor and i couldn’t believe how rude this women was, wish i had gotten her name.

Avoid, avoid. They made my five month old daughter suffer and suffer for fifteen minutes - she has her blood drawn regularly and I've never seen anyone jab and manhandle her like this. Incompetent - and worse, they didn't care about her suffering. Then they didn't even run the tests, just tossed out the blood. They didn't let us know about this - the doctor had to chase it up and found out. No idea why. But the whole room was cluttered and filled with unsorted vials of blood so I guess they just didn't label it or something and it ended up in the trash.

I waited one month for my appointment (due to timing/work schedule), and they were not able to complete the labs as I only had an electronic order. Their website does not indicate that you need a paper order. This is poor service.

Quickest Quest I've ever been to but most disrespectful. I went in and they let me walk in even though my appointment wasn't popping up so that was nice. Then the technician took me back and asked me at least 5 times if I had been fasting as if she wasn't paying attention at all. Then she proceeded to start without introducing herself to me, without letting me know when etc. then when she was drawing my blood it hurt so bad that I was visibly in pain and her response was "it's just the way your vein is positioned" and asked "have you even had your blood drawn before?" Not to mention the people peeking in and out of the room I was in during the blood draw. She was also wiggling the needle in me when changing tubes. No compassion, no human level respect... all for a busted vein so bad I can't even extend my arm.
