Good lord hope you never have an issue. Fasting Got caught in a horrendous storm. Got to a safe spot. Tried to call but you can’t. Rescheduled then missed it by a few minutes and got bumped. Then, after I was first in line on the waitlist they squeezed in someone who had just walked in. An hour later I’ve given up. Never again at this location.

Excellent, professional, and friendly staff. I always enjoy meeting them and find I am in and out before I know it! My technician was superb, as always! I don’t go anywhere else for my lab work:)

It's fast and easy. Just make an appointment. They remind you and then check you in so you don't have to. I have never had to wait over 5 minutes to be seen. All the people I have seen have been wonderful.

The appointment system failed to register my appointment that I booked. After speaking with a lab technician, they told me that I must not have made the appointment and that I would have to wait as a walk in for up to an hour. They waited about an hour before calling my name and after letting about 8 other people get lab work that came in after me. I will not use this location again or use the appointment system again as it is unreliable.

All employees that draw blood at the Quest on Space Center Blvd , Houston, TX 77059 are excellent and painless drawing my blood. I have few and bad veins usually causing multiple tries. The Quest group (I referred to) are also very friendly and pleasant to talk with.

The guy that took my blood was extremely friendly and efficient. I didn’t even know he had taken the sample. Did NOT feel the needle.
