The staff is always nice, but you need double what you have. Wait times too long appointment and without an appointment shouldn’t bother showing up. Invest in some extra space and staff.

I go to Quest on US 69, 3 to 4 times a year and even though not the closet location, it is awesome; personnel are professional, friendly, technically very good at blood drawing. Thanks

I believe your company should always have a representative at the front desk to greet people and answer phones. Your company has completely went to kiosks and no personal touch. Not a good look. Plenty of people in the lobby waiting and most of them older asking other customers what to do and how to do it. Your company needs to revisit having people at the front to answer phones and schedule appts for people that can't do it themselves.

I had a very unwelcoming experience at this location. Keisha is very rude and impatient with people that are merely seeking assistance. She was very hostile is attempting to assist me at the kiosk, interrupting and cutting me off to speed me up. I became quite nervous and uncomfortable with her presence. Upon asking for her leader, she left and went away. Her leader arrived and immediately was very helpful and gleeful. I felt as if I was taken care of quite well which is why it's unfortunate to leave a 1 star review because of 1 person.

The person that took my lab sample was extremely good. Very polite and did Not even feel the stick with the needle. I hope to get her everytime I visit Quest.
