This morning, I visited this restroom and was seen by a nurse named Mendryn, an African American. She treated me very poorly and didn't explain anything about my insurance. I think people like her shouldn't work with sick people. Thanks to ESCALE, another Latina nurse who helped me and explained everything I needed to know. I left very angry. 😡 They should hire staff with a better sense of humor.

Had an appointment for 8:10 and out by 8:25. The staff was polite and nice. The lady who drew my blood (Scarlett) was excellent

My doctor ordered lab work and I went to the closest lab to my home and had the test then when the test report was sent to me was shocked to see that the report mentioned that I would need to return to the lab for urine specimen because I had been unable to void. This angered me because I was never asked to provide a specimen or given a container to use.
When blood work had been drawn I had asked if there was anything else and the reply was, "No, you are free to go." When I returned to give the specimen it required another trip and a one hour and twenty minute wait in the waiting room. I am permanently handicapped and wheelchair bound so it also required me to pay a driver an extra $12 transportation fee that would not have been necessary had they simply asked me to provide the specimen the doctor ordered. I had even asked if anything else was needed. I had to pay $12 for their error not mine. I will not ever use that location in the future.
