My doctor told me to drop off specimen does not require appointment. But I was not aware of I still need to sign in on the day of drop off. It was a bit confusing and not clear for this process. Aside from this, the experience is mostly positive and friendly and I come here more than four times a year for lab needs.

I've been to several Quest locations in the area and the ones inside the Memorial Hermann complex on Gessner are just miserable. But this location is top notch! Clean, friendly, on time, efficient. I wish I could remember the nice young lady from Louisiana who drew my blood so I could give her a shout out. Normally, I get poked multiple times because tech can't find a vein. She hit first time, no pain, and was done in 60 seconds. Go to this location, not the ones in the medical buildings.

Came in to get my blood drawn for some test, the lady with the blonde loc’s is honestly impressive when it comes to taking blood! I didn’t even feel the needle go into my arm and I usually always have issues with people finding my vains but she was a 10/10 veteran. She needs to teach classes at the hospitals and other clinics. I usually don’t leave reviews but I’m honestly impressed!

The visit was very timely. I had an appointment and checked in a few minutes early. I was actually called a couple of minutes before my scheduled time. My tech (Remiya, I believe) was very professional and so pleasant to deal with. She did a great job as well with taking blood.

Worst testing experience ever. I was sent to pick up a test kit because the tech gave me erroneous instructions on how to do it the first time. Then I am made to wait 30 minutes and have to stop one of the employees to finally get what i needed. To her credit she made clear what wasn’t the first time. Still. More difficult than it hat to be.

The technician, name unknown, was excellent for my second straight time - not one bruise or mark as has happened in the past. Wish i could get her everytime. Very personable young lady who did EXCELLENT WORK --- Thanks and have a blessed day.

The technician did an outstanding job. I am mainly concerned about the wait time. My son came for blood test fasting since morning. His earliest appointment was 10:40 AM. There was an hour wait, in spite of us booking an appointment and showing up on time. My son had to wait until noon before he could eat, in spite of the appointment. That may be OK for a teenager, but there were many elders who were visibly upset with the long wait time. It looks like the lab was short of two people, but still the appointments were being issued. Extremely inconsiderate knowing that we followed everything to book an appointment. This facility makes a lot of money, but not doing enough to serice their customers.
