Waited a week for my results then had to call quest customer service because this location doesn’t except calls from anyone. Found out my order was cancelled for no apparent reason.

Glenda, the phlebotomist was very nice and sweet. I had 2 wait an extra 10 minutes after my initial appointment time, but once I made it to the back, I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I had a great experience at this lab. Lindsay was very kind and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. Her colleague was also incredibly patient while drawing my blood, taking her time and making sure I was okay throughout the process. I really appreciated their professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

Easy to get an appt through phone. It was quick in and out. 1st time it was 2 pokes and the 2nd time it was 1 poke. It hurted but I’m glad it was quick and they were both patient because I get dizzy. I wouldn’t mind coming back here again if my doctors say I can. I’m also glad I can see my results on the app.

We had a 7:30 AM appointment. Arrived at 7:20 AM. It took until 8:10 AM until we were seen. I can understand that they get backed up during the day but not first thing in the morning.
We had the same issue before. Staff arrived late, one staff didn’t show up.
Their attitude is “ I don’t care” and they work very slow. Will kit be going to this branch again.
