I was called in right at the time of my appointment. Everyone was really nice. Since my paperwork was not showing in the system I had to call my doctor. The kindly asked me to wait outside for a few minutes and they checked on me a few times. Shawana was a technician that took care of me. She was super nice, kind and caring, smiling all the time. She took the time to make sure she got the best vein possible so it wouldn’t hurt me. And it didn’t! She has a very smooth hand. I think it’s the first time I get my blood withdrawn with zero pain! Thank you so much.

This place lost my test results. In fact, they had no record of my ever being there. They weren’t even sure of the traveling nurse who couldn’t open my files and needed assistance. This is very strange. There are other QD locations. Choose another

My visit was very satisfying, and Ms. Taylor was extremely helpful during my visit. I had originally arrived around 11am without an appointment. After I had registered myself, I wouldn't have been attended until 2:30. Thankfully, Ms. Taylor was able to expedite the process and I was able to be attended 30 minutes after my initial arrival. I would like to thank Ms. Taylor for being so helpful and courteous during my visit.

I took time to drive all the way up to the center before 5 pm and there wasn't anyone present to open the door. I even tried calling the center while there but no one answered. Shortly after, I witnessed the staff leaving, claiming that their last appointment was over even though walk-ins are still an option.

The nurse who attended me hurt me a lot when drawing my blood. She was rough the entire time, and when she inserted the needle, it wasn’t placed correctly, so no blood came out. Instead of adjusting it properly, she moved the needle around in different directions to try to get the blood to flow. This caused a lot of pain, and as soon as the blood finally came out, a lump formed immediately. When I got home, I had to apply ice and elevate my arm to reduce the swelling.

I’m giving 2 stars because the staff were kind and personably made sure I was okay. Unfortunately, the waiting room was very outdated and very unkept. The back rooms were absolutely disgusting, unkept, and run down. It was the nastiest laboratory I’ve ever been to. I felt like I was in a germ tin can. A lot of other reviews said the same thing this has clearly been a problem for a while. I mean nasty scuff marks and overflowing trash bins the bathroom door looked like an entrance to a haunted basement I no longer needed to use the restroom after just walking by it. The most run down disgusting location I’ve ever been to. Corporate really needs to address that location

I recently had my bloodwork done at Quest Diagnostics, and I had a truly positive experience from start to finish. The check-in process was incredibly smooth—using my QR code made it so much faster and more efficient, eliminating the long wait times I’ve experienced in the past. This was a huge improvement and made the entire visit much more convenient.
The lab technician, Miss Taylor, was exceptional. She was efficient, professional, and performed her job with both skill and care. I never felt rushed, yet everything was handled promptly and smoothly.
I usually experience anxiety when it comes to needles, but Miss Taylor made the process stress-free. She found my vein in one try, and I didn’t feel a thing. Her precision and gentle approach turned what is typically a nerve-wracking experience into a completely pleasant one.
I truly appreciate the quality of care I received, as well as the improved check-in system. I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics, especially Miss Taylor, for anyone needing lab work done. Thank you for the excellent service!

These ladies here are super rude especially when someone has a question they answer like there talking to a child!! I’ve never encounter someone who likes working here always inpatient can’t stand that you’re here vibe
