Called in at the last minute to see if I could get in for a quick oil change. My vehicle was taken care of immediately, and I was out in an hour flat. The staff was courteous and attentive, too. I highly recommend these professionals to take great care of your vehicle and deliver fast, friendly service.

Zero assistance after purchasing a used vehicle. One week after buying I spent $2,000 on right front end replacement. Three months after purchase another $2,000 on power steering pump that occurred on drive home. No contact or even acknowledgment from Chastang. Don't recommend. I understood it was as is but after one week is kinda disappointing

Wow the best service received in a Ford retailer, fast, courteous and professional.
Oil change, tire pressure check, headlight adjustment too high and at the last minute I asked them if they could check my air filter, no problem, Vicki Campbell the receptionist went to take out the filter herself and clean it because it is very rare and impossible to get a new one. 10 minutes later, she told me that a supplier had found one and that he could replace it if I waited a little. Thank you chastang ford
I recommend it to you.

I think they should have a mechanic for customers that walk in to get oil changes. It was going to take hours to do oil change no a lot of people have the time to wait this long. And the fact that they are a service department they know they’re going to have walk-ins.
