Zero assistance after purchasing a used vehicle. One week after buying I spent $2,000 on right front end replacement. Three months after purchase another $2,000 on power steering pump that occurred on drive home. No contact or even acknowledgment from Chastang. Don't recommend. I understood it was as is but after one week is kinda disappointing

Took my car here for recalls to be completed. They don't offer loaners while they fix it. They took a week longer than they said they would, which I had to pay for a rental out of pocket for that long.. my air bag symbol came on when I went to pick my car back up and they said they never touched it BUT IN THE PAPERWORK IT STATES THEY HAD TO REMOVE IT AND PUT IT BACK IN ORDER TO COMPLETE ONE OF THE PROBLEMS.. one of the recalls involved the replacement of latches on each door to prevent the doors from opening randomly while driving... well they didn't place the door cover back on the passenger side door properly because you can barely tug on it and see that it's loose... anyway, I recommend looking elsewhere for anything needing done on your vehicles.

Just got off the phone with them. They are advertising a used (2021 with 3.5K miles) vehicle for sale but didnt put the price. The ad does show the original (brand new) window sticker. When they called back with what they wanted, it was nothing more than pure ugly greed. They wanted over 50% more than the window sticker for a used vehicle. I understand that the market is up right now but there is a huge difference in getting a fair market value and being a greedy low life pig. I hope anyone reading this, remembers this review when driving past this dealership to one with integrity and a sense of reasonable business ethics. There is a reason for the stereotype "greasy used car salesman."

Hands down the best experience I have had dealing with a Service center!! Kelli does a knock out job at making sure our vehicles are completed in a timely manner. Our organization deals with patient care and transport and she understands the crucial sensitivity of downtime. Great communication is key and Kelli is a master of it!!! Quick Lane has been fantastic at Chastang.
