Know I understand what people mean when they save they love their butcher shop. The steaks are better than any steak I’ve bought at big box stores. They are very friendly and helpful.

Edit: They did call me back and rectified the issue. The new pack tasted like the samples I tried.
Just an fyi of you buy pre-packed jerky or beef sticks check the dates on the packaging. I bought some 2 days ago at the Rodeo and the beef sticks had an experation date of 11/2024 and the peppered jerky only had a month left before it expired which effected the quality and taste because it tasted nothing like the fresh samples they had. First time and last time buying there products. Guess it's back to Bucees I go.

Their customer service was amazing, we had a slight hick up with one of the meats we purchased and when we reached out they were so accommodating and kind. They made up for the error and even offered some pieces for free! We appreciate their attention to the customers and love buying local🩷 Keep up the good work!!

I ordered wagyu short ribs, 20lbs. So of course it's not cheap. No problem. They sent me chuck short ribs. If you're looking for quality meat, go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

I was excited to buy a package of Peppered Wagyu Premium Beef Jerky at the Rodeo today. Every piece leaves you with an unedible bite of meat at the end of it. The pieces are small and thin. Too many better products than to settle for poor quality. I'm not a fan and won't buy again. The best buy date on the package I bought is 04/25/25.

RC Ranch has a great selection. They are a top tier butcher shop, I highly recommend a visit for anyone who enjoys great quality meat. The staff is always friendly and the shop is always clean.

I made a pilgrimage from Beaumont to procure wagyu hotdogs- I was not disappointed! I usually get super annoyed with the upsale of “American Wagyu,” but my lord these guys have incredible meat. It was sooo good looking I wanted to slap a middle aged man and kick him out of the store for asking how to cook an average cut ribeye. “Sir get out you do not deserve it!” While it’s not A5, it still looks like these cows are being fed beer and twinkies by a pool. Hats off to the farmers.

These folks are really kind and helpful. Most importantly to me though is that they carry a pretty large array of options that are fresh and humane from my research and experience.
I've gone a few times and typically I am shopping for my dog. I was searching for a source of meat that was humane, healthy, and a little bit niche because dogs benefit most from specific types of meat that are sometimes harder to find in grocery stores.
Not only do they have a lot of variety of meat but the have some things significantly for dogs, including bones and ground blends, and game options.
Not only that but considering the high quality and niche market, the pricing truly is fair and customizable in the sense that with most things you can pick larger or smaller quantities or weight in order to fit within a budget.
I'm about to head there now to pick up more meat for my dog and decided I'm ready to leave my review. They do good work and deserve their kudos.
They are one of the only shops in this shopping center that accept cards instead of just cash.
It is an open wall shopping center (sort of a farmer's market/flea market vibe but with non-used goods/mostly food options from what I've seen. However their store has walls and air conditioning. They're right next to the burger restaurant. There's also a bathroom right around the corner from their store.
You can walk almost directly to their shop once you park if you park in the right place so you don't have to do much walking to get there, if that's a concern.
They also bag my purchases in these cute cloth bags which I think is a really nice touch.
Give them a try, they do good work :)

I have always had great customer service here and this morning was no exception. Also, tons of different cuts of beef, some pork and lamb, spices and rubs, oils and hot sauces. Definitely a fun place to shop.

Very gamey taste on pre-marinated fajitas. Will bleed and marinate the other pound we purchased next time we grill. Very disappointed. If you hunt and process your own meat, you recognize the smell and taste of gamey meat and was not impressed for the cost.

I picked up my HLSR meat package yesterday and was pleasantly surprised! Everything was sealed perfectly and beautifully boxed. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and provided excellent service.
