The women at the store was very rude . She screamed at me and said that I had lost 1 shoes and started arguing with me . All the time the show was right there under her nose but she refused to look and wanted me to find it . Then she said I will not serve you and told me to get out . Very bad service.

Very rude employees. We were told to put away shoes on the floor that had not been tried on by us. The other employee yelled at my friend who was trying to get shoes from the top shelf, and neither of the employees on shift had offered help. We were told register would be closed within a minute, we felt rushed and disrespected.

Worst customer service ever!!You can’t ask for help to find anything.Everyone there is rude and really seem like they just don’t want to be there. It happened more than once. I know we all have our days when we don’t want to be at work etc I went a couple more times and still the same.

This is a post for the many of you shopping here. Listen up, read the signs of what qualifies as a 50% and what doesn’t. Tired of seeing these so called “customers” get into fights with the workers who are just trying to do their job. Y’all are like animals wanting to get your way even though y’all can’t for the life of god read. Barbaric seeing how y’all will throw any small fit to try to get your way even though you can’t comprehend a simple yes or no. If I was a worker here I would not even provide service to any of y’all who act this way. Very stuck up customers anytime I come into shop, y’all make the store a hostile place to be in. Maybe some of you will read this and maybe think about your actions if not, that’s great it will catch up to you at some point. If y’all can’t simply understand how the buy one get one 50% off works then do not bother shopping here as you just waste precious time and make the store a much more hostile place with your nonsense.

It is 10:22 AM and this store is not open!!! A girl just approached the group of people standing here waiting and told us that the "MANAGER" is running late and will be here in 15 minutes.This is insane!!!!

I had a worst experience with this store Manager.I did shopping ( 2 pairs of shoes, 6 pairs of Ankle socks and odour freshener for shoes.) My nephew was willing to take another pair of shoes and we approached to Vans shoes counter and asked for 9No. shoe, and I asked in polite way (spelling brother), all of the sudden he started shouting at me in filthy language, who the F..k are you, I am from Mexico how can you be my brother. I said brother I am talking to you politely why are you talking in bad language. He keep going on telling F…k..g and A.s. I told this is ridiculous how can you talk to customer in this manner. I asked for store manager and he told he is the F….k..g manager and you get out of my store . I called police and complained about him. And the same I complained to his corporate office.I don’t want any other customers to face the same problem. As he was acting like Psycho.Please take care of yourself while shopping in this Store. I suggest boycott this store until they remove him from this store.Thank you
