I came into this store today with my family. I will admit two out of three ladies greeted us upon entry. However, we were followed throughout the entire store as if we were suspected of stealing merchandise which I have never done nor do. As I was looking for shoes, one of the ladies came on the aisle as if she was fixing the shoes when nothing was wrong with them and the older lady came back my kids (who were also behind me) watching them and then asked if everything was ok. I’m not sure if shoes or other merchandise have been stolen from this store, but I felt very uncomfortable in the store that I decided to take my business elsewhere. Out of all of the times I have been in this store, this is the worst. I will never shop here again. Mind you I never seen these ladies before. One of ladies at the register was on her phone the entire time I was in the store

So I don't like leaving bad reviews, but it's 12:35 Sunday, February 11th, and the store is supposed to open at 12. I hope everything is okay with the people who's supposed to open up the store. Hopefully, the store treats their employees well, and hopefully, the employees wanna work.

It says they're open at 12pm but when multiple people and I were waiting outside for them to open the doors they didnt wanted to open the door at 12pm. I knock at the door and say it 12pm but the young lady said that they're training a new person and couldn't open. I ask her how long would the wait be? Will it be 5 minutes or 10 minutes and her response was I dont know how long is going to take. I continue waiting with my kids outside in the heat. My girls decided to go wait in the truck and I told my kids I would wait near. As soon as they see my girls walking to the truck then they decided to open, like if they were waiting for us to leave. If you going to train someone train them the right way showing them what time the doors has to be open for the customers. They lost customers by not opening the door on time. Saw people end up leaving when the door weren't open. Once I came in they didnt even say sorry for the wait or thank you for waiting or Welcome in or nothing! What kind of customer service is this! This isn't my first time being there I know they can do better! If they dont wanna help customers then why be there? Let other people that wanna work take their spots.

Horrible customer service. Literally no one is the store but had to ask to be checked out. Also employees were rude from the start. No wonder no one is ever in the store.

Really rude! No one in the front of the store upon entrance! No one greeted me! Then no one asked if I needed help so I decided to use my coupon and not shop! Why would I spend my money where I’m not welcomed absolutely won’t be returning! The same adidas lunch bags are at Ross for $9.99! Save your money
