Was standing outside the door until 1015 am when the employees just parked and came in. Whoever is the regional manager should train employees better.

Horrible experience the staff there was very welcoming but I had an issue with items I purchased the day before so when I requested to speak with management she was very unprofessional and rude I told her I always shopped at this location for years and spent over $100 when I ever went in to shop there but she didn’t care was not concerned at all so I did tell her I will never shop at this rainbow location ever again so I did start shopping at the other locations on Hillcroft and fondren love the service from employees at these two locations

Horrible experience, the staff is very rude, not welcoming at all. Everything is organized I like that but the staff didn’t make me feel comfortable at all and when they are taking you at the cashier they are talking to somebody else instead of you, like am I just nobody?.. do better rainbow!!

I received a gift from someone that couldn't fit they refused to help me because I didn't have a gift receipt. The item had tags on it and had never been worn because I knew it was too small.

Today is October 30 2022..if I could give a big zero star I would...I stopped in the store no one greeted me asked if I needed help or anything employee's at least 3 of them having a personal conversation act like they didn't see me walk in ...if I wanted to buy something I probably wouldn't have😕 Management please teach customer service to your employees not a good look at all .I probably won't be back

Doors were closed at :00pm however there was a family inside one woman shopping while her daughters look out at us, several customers drove off, now it’s ok to close early but a little honesty goes a long way. It’s now 7:38 the store will be closed at 8:00

Not Friendly at all the works was walking with head phones in there ear. Didn't greet at the door are when i left the store. Poor customer service

They have the doors locked but they are open. Store was clean and the staff was nice
