Giving 5 stars because the manager on duty (older African American woman) was so nice and friendly. She offered great customer service. I wanted to buy something just because she was doing an amazing job.I just didn't find anything I liked in my size.

Rainbow use to be a place where you can find clothes at cheap prices and lots of sales. Now all I see is cheap clothes with high prices that’s been sitting in the racks for months. They barley have clearance and the clearance they do have it still too high and out of season. The stores are over crowded and I just hate to shop there now. Needs to updated they inventory

We shopped at this location earlier today. It was extremely HOT in that building. The employees look like they were about to pass out. I know you have business but in an unsafe environment is not the way. I’m going to report this to the Equal Opportunity Employment Agency. Pityful Pityful Pityful.

A heavy-set employee with sharpie eyebrows was talking bad about Mexican women in front of customers out loud and insulting the franchise she works at.. In her words, “They think they’re all that but they’re shopping at Rainbow.” Like ma’am you literally work there so that’s also probably all you can afford.

When I came at 8:30PM the store was closed and a worker looked at me and didn’t even say anything. The door showed clearly that they closed at 9. I feel if the hours have changed its a better business practice to post it instead of having patrons waiting outside. At least let someone know you closed early.

Store had great selection. However, like most fashion shops, the racks were over packed and TIGHT. But good selection for sure. Workers were VERY pleasant and helpful. A big plus! I’ll be back for sure.

Tiffany and jennifer helped me during my visit, told me about sales, and even helped me try on a dress because sadly their dressing rooms are still unavailable. I enjoy this shop and the people in it. Not every visit has been amazing but they got rid of the girls who were unpleasant and it’s a great store to be in.
