Shop they forced everyone else to wait outside in raining 30 degrees weather. The manager had an attitude and showed no compassion towards customers

LIES LIES LIES LIES. LIES. LIES. LIES
THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME VISITING THIS BUSINESS AND CLEARLY MY LAST.
WAS TOLD THE RETURN TO MY DEBIT CARD WOULD BE QUICK, within 30 minutes. HAD TO CALL THE NEXT DAY as the transaction did not occur: IT WILL TAKE UP TO THREE DAYS.
I ASKED ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY: was told everything with tags could be returned.
THEY SAID I COULD RETURN TO ANY STORE:
When I tried to return a bustier to a different location, that store does not sell them, I had to go to the original store.
WENT TO ORIGINAL STORE TO RETURN BUSTIER and Bras and panties (ON THE ORIGINAL HANGER, never taken off of hanger, with tags) At THAT POINT that told me they could not take the brass and panties BUT COULD TAKE THE BUSTIER???
You know who takes back bras and panties that are in original condition??? JCP. KOHLS.
WALMART. ROSS. MARSHALLS. And they don’t lie either.
WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

My review is based on timelines as a whole!!! First, off I get dropped off by uber at 9:45a because the google listing mentioned 9a at opening. I’ve waited til 10, no problem here I am at 10:08 starring at them while I melt outside from the heat. There’s absolutely no reason to have customers outside and not allow them in at the allotted time. Sweating right before work, thanks. At 10:08 An associate comes to the door and asks us (the line) to wait outside 5 more minutes because of a computer issue. It’s now 10:15 I’m leaving it’s a disgrace! Time wasted.

The plus size selection is embarrassing to say the least. You walk in and the standard size clothing has multiple models of beautiful outfits from comfort to a night out to professional. The plus size selection only ever has business clothes on manikins or one of the ugliest outfits you’ve ever seen. The shirts all have weird quotes on them and there’s these horrible floral prints that no one wears. It’s like the standard size is to appeal to teams and young adults while the plus size is to appeal for those 50+. I’m not exaggerating. there is one singular rack where they keep clothes for younger adults and they’re pretty ugly. I went in to get a standard two-piece comfortable set that’s not workout attire and I couldn’t even find anything.

Its an Asian lady that works there Grace is her name if im not mistaken if she actually told me her real name but I was asking about something and she put the policy out so I began to read it and I told her that I had my receipt it was within the time and could I get my money back she proceeds to keep pointing at the policy and telling me it's right here can you read like I was illiterate shes rude & disrespectful and when I told her don't talk to me like I can't read she then proceeded to tell me to get out the store because it was her store. Rainbow needs to do something about her especially if she a manager

I just arrived at this store at 8:36. One lady locked the door as I approached. Another employee, who was walking away from the store, told me that they decided to close early. Go figure.
