They used to have all kinds of plus sized clothes and now it’s like you’ve got to SEARCH for your size if you’re a bigger girl, and half the time they don’t have it!!! and they rarely have a size 10 heel in anything. It’s not so much diverse towards bigger girls anymore. It didn’t use to be like that.

Unprofessional. One employee told me one thing then another employee told me another & did not honor anything that was said. Worker proceeded to ignore me & walk away with her head down. Store was empty so there was no reason for poor customer service

There’s a Decent selection of affordable clothing and accessories that are pretty cute but the subpar customer service and bad return/exchange policy makes me not want to waste my money here again.
