Manager Anna was very rude and disrespectful. They had signs up 2 for 10 each if you buy 2 but had them priced differently when you ring them up. She said she wont give the price advertised because they put the sign in the wrong spots.

Store 1061 Manager is very rude and disrespectful. She does not know how to give back customer satisfaction. She does not know how to communicate with the customer. I asked for the corporate number or district manager number the purpose behind all of it I went into the store to return a pair of jeans with my original receipt original tags and she tells me that she need an ID I asked her for what and then she snaps with an attitude concerning the situation. I literally stood in the store 20 to 25 minutes calling customer care and asking for the district manager number or for someone to call me on the phone just in order for her to give me my refund when I came in with all my original tags and receipts this store is sad.

This store will not let you return anything after trying it on I bought a pair of pants for work and they ripped after me trying it on and they told me I couldn’t return them due to it being ripped but it’s not my fault they ripped , you can’t try anything on in store and you can’t exchange anything I would give this store a zero if I could

It's been a minute since I've stepped in any Rainbow shop....for quick, unique inexpensive items for a simple event; they didn't have the item. We browsed anyways & left empty handed. Place was organized. Employees everywhere IF you need help. That's about it!
