Upon arrival, we found the hotel closed, with no possibility of checking in as the doors were locked. This caused significant inconvenience, forcing us to take a taxi to another hotel and incur additional costs for accommodations.
Had we been informed in advance of the hotel’s closure, we could have made alternative arrangements. Refund succesfully.

I arrived at the hotel, it was closed, no warning. The hotels listed work with the Ramada Hotel, so I stayed at the Green Tree Hotel at no extra cost.

Beware! Its closed. I wasnt informed. Uber driver noticed no cars & lights off. Phone for shuttle must be disconnected. My flight was delayed 4 hours & landed after shuttle hour ended at 11:30pm. Calls ti the sister property kept me in hold 20 minutes & gave up. 10+ properties nearby had no openings.

I do not recommend. Scammers and fraudsters. I booked accommodation and made an online payment. The hotel refused to check me in due to a power outage. That's fine, it's not their fault. However, they refused to refund my money. It's been almost two months and the hotel still lies and refuses to refund the money. I do not recommend, they are scammers!

Wouldn’t suggest staying here unless you are really desperate and need a place to stay. The first room i was given was beat and not ready for a stay so i requested a second room which was that much better either. Couldn’t even get a resolution during the stay or after. I would suggest paying more money for a different hotel on that strip because those rooms don’t look as advertised even on the third party sites!

This hotel is in disrepair and filled with bed bugs, avoid at all cost. Also the shuttle doesn’t start until 6 am. The front desk told us to go across the street to use their shuttle, very unprofessional staff.

This is a very tired hotel ready for a major renovation. I recommend paying a couple more dollars and staying at one of the other nicer hotels. There were a number of items in my room that needed maintenance attention like the bathroom light hanging by a wire.. If your destination is the airport, the location is good although it's way at the furthest end of JFK where it is very dark. Outdoor lighting was extremely limited so didn't give the feeling of being very secure. Staff performing check-in and out semed to not want to be there. The room was quite sparse but on a positive note, it did seem clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The showerhead probably should have been replaced years ago but had good water pressure.

The photos listed for this hotel are NOT accurate at all. The hotel is very dirty, and has holes in the floors in the hallways.
The first room they sent me to had hair on the bed and bugs in the pillowcase. I looked at 4 rooms total, two of them were dirty, one had piles of bug insecticide under the ac unit, and one had a bug on the mattress and the front desk employee popped the bug right on the bed.
I was traveling with a toddler, I obviously can’t sleep in a room with piles of bug killer or bugs in general in the room, and I checked out and was told I would be contacted the following day.
I received an email two hours later saying they’d transfer me to another hotel…. Well after I had to leave, because I was told there was nothing they could do that night. Now they are saying they can’t do anything at all.
Absolutely awful experience.

We booked a last-minute room for the night since our flight was canceled. The room was very clean, I could smell the fresh sheets.
