Randall’s needs to have better security for the property having the one guard sit inside in the door way and cars are being vandalized infront of the store doesn’t make much sense.

I was trying to get the price for some steaks adjusted to the advertised price and the managers was very rude. She finally adjusted the price but not after telling me that she wouldn’t do it again in the future. The cashier was also rude and bagged my tomato and berries with my cans of cat food. Which thankfully I caught before picking up the bag. My produce would have beeen damaged had I picked up the bag. She just threw stuff in the bags without any care. The manager and cashier should not work in the service industry because they don’t care about their customers.

My prescriptions are filled swiftly and accurately. If I need something different while I’m there, I never have to wait long. The staff and management are outstanding. Very friendly just like in a small neighborhood pharmacy.

This is my favorite Randall's. I love the deli. That 8 pc chicken.. (fried) (mango habanero) (baked) is one of my favorite choices. Especially on Monday's. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Some know be by name.

I came to this Randall’s on Jan 29 at 5:00 and that’s when I met Keisha she was handling the self check out she was so sweet ,resourceful and full of laughter she was amazing I love her energy and spirit !

This is without a doubt the best pharmacy I have dealt with. I was with Walgreens for years, and they became a chaotic, rude mess. So I finally moved my prescriptions over. Randall’s staff is amazing. They are friendly, help me with insurance issues that occur, and are so professional and truly interested in taking care of the customer’s needs. Highly recommend to everyone to get out of the big box pharmacies and join the happy customers at Randall’s in midtown Houston!

Best pharmacy in town. They are so nice and helpful. I drive 20 minutes further than the CVS pharmacy that's only 3 minutes away. Just because of the customer service here!
