Drive up & go is a very good and helpful service, especially for those who don't have time to go grocery shopping themselves. Tiara so nice she helped me tremendously with getting all of my groceries and picking up exactly what I needed, in the best quality!

I love this Randalls. I always stop by after my eyebrow appointments and the front security guard is always so friendly. The staff is nice and it's just a good grocery store overall. It is one of the bigger Randalls I've been to and it is very spacious inside.

I use to only shop here but the prepackaged fruit and vegetables is too iffy. It is often past sell by date and gone to mush. Most days its not stocked and had lots of empty shelves so I know the problem is in that department. The employees in other department will bend over backwards to help you but the guy working in that area will just shrug and walk away like he can't be bothered by you or by the fact that the shelf is empty.

Grab a name tag, 'cause you belong at this Randall's in ways you never knew you could. #GangEarlier today, we found some banana coated Pocky on the shelves for the first time and wanted to give 'em a go. But when we scanned them at the self-checkout (along with a bunch of other groceries) the attendant was notified. When she confirmed that the price of the Pocky wasn't in the database, she asked if we remembered it. We said we didn't, so she asked if we could find out, so my son agreed and started walking away. BUT, the attendant quickly said to me that she'd like him to take a pic.Screech!Filter activated, all I could do was call out to my son to relay the request after he was half way to the aisle he needed to make a left on. He acknowledged it and kept going. Meanwhile, I was allowed to keep scanning our groceries.When he got back, he showed a pic of three of the four pocky flavors to the attendant but not the banana coated ones on a different shelf that didn't have a price. The attendant looked at the pic, and then she looked up at my son with a blank face and without a word.SCRREEECH!Stunned by the fact that we were asked to exceed expectations in the first place - when my son had actually been used to an attendant at this same Randall's getting one of their coworkers to verify the price of an unscannable item (That time it was some jerky that wasn't ringing up properly) - I did my best to control my face from looking as if Pepé Le Pew had just crossed my path.I made eye contact with my son to share two cents on the issue. It seemed as if he needed to take a pic of the banana Pocky in addition to the other three flavors he snapped, to show that the banana Pocky didn't have a price tag at all. While we were engaged, gall personified walked away to do whatever at her station, came back, and made an executive decision to charge us for the lowest-priced Pocky instead of the higher-priced almond crush Pocky.We made sure to thank the attendant as we left, who was busy with other customers but called out "thank you" which I'm going to assume was for us, a step up from last week's self-check out attendant who was just standing there but said jack s--- in response to my son's thank you (instead of "you're welcome", which was what I suggested to him under my breath) after we rang up WAY more than jerky and Pocky. Way. More. Okay? Not my favorite Randall's excluding one check stand cashier, one CS staffer, and one noticeably enthusiastic greeter-slash-cart-fetcher, all three of whom I really appreciate. But I don't just shop here 'cause it's within walking distance.

Fruits & vegetables almost look like they are a few days from spoiling. One cashier especially was blaming me for her not paying attention to the food stacked on the checkout counter & blamed me for putting my stuff to close. She also charged me for more items than I purchased. I called to complain to the manager he never called back. When I tried to call to speak to him the customer service desk kept placing me on hold & was on hold for nearly 30Mins. They don't care about a customer that has shopped for 38 yrs. The old gentleman in the meat section always acts like I'm bothering him when I ask for help! Very grumpy & not willing to make customer happy. This store has gone way down hill in the past few years. Don't go there.

The screens and key pads are all dirty and wore out you have to really push hard to get them to work . They to be replaced with modern ones already

That wasn't the one that we went to it was in spring and it just didn't have any bumps I guess it was a small random but you live and you learn everybody makes mistakes look in the mirror

Bad Service!!!! I have been waiting nearly a month to be refunded for an order I cancelled. The store clerk told me I wasn’t her only customer when I asked her to cancel the order while I was in the store being partially refunded for another order they store managed to botch! I was hesitant to order online from the Westheimer and Gessner location as I have had at least two other negative experiences where the orders have not been satisfactory, broken eggs, unacceptable substitutions, etc. Against my better judgment, I placed another online order, this time for paper towels. I figured how could they get that wrong. Nevertheless, they managed to get it wrong! As a matter of fact, the same employee responsible for “substituting” my paper towels that were no longer in stock, which were not comparable to what I actually ordered, was the same person who sassed and disrespected me by advising me I was not her only customer! The store has acknowledged their system shows I never picked up the order i asked to have canceled, and they’ve acknowledged I have not been refunded. At this point, I’ve spoken to three managers at the location, Mario, Mr. Wall, and Diane, yet I still have not received my refund, though each one assured me it would be handled. I will do my best to avoid this location! I will consider driving to the location on Memorial and the Beltway where I had a far better experience. My order was correct and brought out promptly! Also, I was not subjected to the disrespect of the store associate! In conclusion, I suggest the staff at the Westheimer and Gessner location, including management, undergo some serious customer service training…and soon!

While shopping AT Randall's can be pricey, the points add up QUICK ! I saved 35 cents a gallon on a fill-up this last time!
