Whoever worked at 3pm on 09/04 has a very hostile personality. There’s only one employee in the bakery I’ve had a positive experience with and it’s a male. The cakes are amazing but I don’t know if they are worth being mistreated for.

They went above and beyond to wrap my flowers, make it look nice and pretty tied. The ribbon got me a bottle of champagne, and they filled up a balloon and tied it to the bottle and wrap the bottle. Excellent service. This is for the amazing job of floral. Thank you Alex!

As a woman of color, I don’t take pleasure in having to speak out like this, but I feel it’s necessary. I sent my daughter to pick up a few items from a grocery store that she doesn’t normally shop at. She happened to be in the area after handling some business at the bank on my behalf—as well as for my father, who is currently on hospice care.
She later told me that while she was in the store, she was followed by seven employees throughout her entire visit. That is completely unacceptable. I advised her afterward that she should have documented the situation by taking photos.
When she politely asked one of the employees if he worked there, he replied that he worked “in wine”—despite the fact that he was clearly stationed in the produce section. To make matters worse, he was using a general duster to clean off fruit—something that raises major concerns about food safety and sanitation, especially if that same duster is being used elsewhere in the store.
This experience points to a deeper issue—not just of poor customer service, but of racial profiling and a lack of basic health standards. I strongly suggest that this location conduct serious training, both in how staff treats customers and in maintaining proper hygiene standards.
Your patrons deserve better.
