  I had a terrible experience this morning during a regular customer delivery. The cashier at self-checkout, an Asian American lady, completely messed up my order by scanning it as partial paid. She clearly had no clue what she was doing. Because of this mistake, I lost a $40 tip — money that came straight out of my pocket due to their error.
  
  The staff apologized a few times but then suggested I pay out of pocket to fix it. Absolutely not — it was their fault, and Randall’s should take responsibility for their own mistakes. It’s frustrating to lose money because of untrained or careless employees.
  
  The only positive thing I can say is that Jeane is the best cashier there — she’s the only one who truly knows how to handle things professionally. Randall’s needs better training and accountability for their staff.

  I find myself going to Randall‘s three times a week to get lunch. Their fried chicken isn’t bad and depends on the location; their baked chicken isn’t either. The one off of Dairy Ashford, for instance, their baked chicken isn’t cooked long enough. But the one off of Memorial and and the one by Barker Cypress, their chicken is perfect all the time, even the macaroni and mashed potatoes are on point.

  If I can give zero stars I would I come to this store everyday I go to the deli this is the second incident with employee with this racist toward black people I stand there watch how they talk with other but this lady Rebecca Nasty ugly and hateful I bought baked chicken then chicken look dried out under the light for hours I ask for fresh she stated no u wait for 3 hrs then I ask if she could pour sauce she was real ugly now u not taking my sauce that's all I have until my truck come in so she continues fixing chicken threw macaroni in container with chicken and hands it to me like I'm a dog I'm not a dog you eat it with that being said I'm going to stop spending my hard earn money at that store it don't feel comfortable going in a place that has racist staff and I stood there and watch how these two individuals talks to black verse other color but thats the world ? we living in and it's really sad???
