Very friendly staff and knowledgeable on all medical equipment. Sonya was very kind and helped me acquire the necessary parts to do maintenance on my wheelchair. She was professional and ensured me the parts will fit. Overall, a reliable stop for all your medical needs.

I freaking love this place they always take care of me whenever I visit! Staff is always attentive and willing to help, especially Erika such a sweet young lady willing to take time to understand your needs and help figure out what you're looking for! 10/10 highly recommend!

Let me start by saying Cody and Juana were amazing. I stopped in FOR a CPAP machine and they were stocked and ready. Cody took the time to show me what options I had and even offered to show me the equipment so that I could make a wise decision. I ended up making a decision and purchased a machine the same day. They do accept CARE CREDIT, so the transaction was quick and painless. I've passed this place many times and never thought about going inside, but I'm glad they're here.allnif your medical supply needs are available right here. Be mindful of your surroundings though, go in the day.

I am so happy with this place, specifically their wheelchair rental. Service is always efficient and professional. Many different types of mobility devices to choose from and at a very reasonable price. Very much recommended.

Rented a hospital bed for my mother. The delivery was very quick. The bed broke after 2 weeks. The came to repair it and didn't have the right parts. They never came back to repair it. That same day we had to return my mom to the hospital. She is having to return to skilled nursing before she can come home, so I called to schedule a pickup. I had noticed that they put on the paperwork a weekly rental instead of a monthly rental. They had also called me after a week to pick it up and I told them at that time that I had requested a monthly not a weekly rental. The person on the phone said no problem, we will update your records. When I scheduled the pick-up I wanted to confirm that my paperwork had been updated and I was told I was charged for a week and then a monthly rental. At the end, I was charged $280 plus $110 delivery fee for a broken bed that we used for 2 weeks. They were unwilling to work with me because they said they had no record of me requesting to update it to a monthly rental. Had I caught THEIR MISTAKE earlier they may have been able to fix it. I was told that their paperwork clearly states that it was a weekly rental and the pick-up dates. When you are caring for an ill loved one, reading all of the documents that you have to sign are not always the priority. You put a little trust that the person taking your order didn't make a mistake and if they did that the business would be willing to work with you to make it right. Well just be warned that they had absolutely no care whatsoever to work with me and make this right. I see a lot of 5-star reviews but that was definitely not my experience. I will never rent from this place again. If you do rent from this place, make sure to double-check your rental agreement and don't take for granted they set it up correctly or you will pay a hefty price. I just have to say that this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Even after I mentioned that I will likely need to rent a bed again when my mom is ready to return home, they still were not interested in working with me. All in all, a horrible experience.

My wife and I drove down here to do some research on travel mobility scooters. We were there just to look, not to make a purchase. The manager told us that all the scooters were fully charged and the keys were in them. He said to feel free to try them out. My wife spent quite awhile riding these things around the store. Nobody seemed to mind. I did not expect this. The fellow who works on machines came over and showed us how easy it is to break these scooters down for travel and put them back together again. It really is easy. My wife really liked the quality of the Pride Go-Go Sport. She took it for another ride around the store, and that was all we needed to place an order for one. The price was extremely competitive, and delivery and setup was included at no cost. The scooter arrived Monday. Sam from Red Oak medical showed me how to break it down and put it back together. Then he patiently watched me as I repeated the process. I am now 100% confident that I can take this scooter apart, transport it anywhere in the car, and put it back together again without any problems. What a great company. We will be recommending them to our friends and relatives.

The staff here is amazing! Everyone is so welcoming & knowledgeable, if they don’t have an item you’re looking for they will try their best to find it for you. Definitely one of the best medical supplies in Houston offering purchases, rentals, & repairs!
