Kyle and his team were great. Took their time to figure out sizing of a boot that Red Wing only offers in a wide width and volunteered to stretch an old pair of boots that were slightly uncomfortable to wear.
Will gladly be back to buy a new pair from this store when the time comes.

Super expensive good quality I I think I didn't like they wouldn't let me try on the boots they rather measure your feet they give you the right size I don't know why they do that lady was really rude I still bought them though $300 plus dls for boots ladies in there I need a smile a little bit act friendly it wouldn't kill you

Zulii was very knowledgable and understanding. Allowed the customer, myself, to dictate what I wanted to see and obliged to make sure I was satisfied. Provided very useful input to convince me of their knowledge and allowed me to confirm sizes and comfort to my satisfaction without being too short and did so kindly. Also informed me of the insoles for arch support and their comfort guarantee which saved me an additional trip.

Kyle from Red Wing Store - Houston - 632 is the MAN!! I came into the store and he immediately greeted me. I was a little lost looking at the boots and Kyle again explained real quick all the boots at the store. After I finished looking, Kyle once again helped me getting my volumental to understand my feet measurements and walking movements; to which he later used as base information to accurately provide a best recommendation on which boot size get. So there it goes Kyle behind store and come back out bringing the perfect boots for my feet… Kyle helped me again with trying the boots, explained how to break them in, leather shoe laces care, cleaning boots care with an also recommended wax polish specifically for my type of boot, and finally, a recommendation on some anti fatigue foot mat… I came in not knowing what I was walking into, and within 20 minutes I walked out the store with my awesome new Red Wings Classic Moc Heritage 1907 and a free T-shirt. Man… if I was Kyle’s boss; I’ll give him a RAISE ASAP!! Thank you Kyle and your team; hopefully I’ll see you soon to get my second pair!
