Bad attitude. Tells customers to go to self check out even if the customer prefers to wait in line for live cashier.

The service is always on point and food is put out fresh. Self check out can be iffy but that's everywhere. Check the clearance bins as they are always full since they go through things properly. Discounted food that I was already buying? Don't mind if I do!

Y'all. All I can say is be careful. A lot of the refrigerated items had condensation or were bubbled like they had been left out and then put back in the fridge for sale. Which I thought wasn't supposed to happen? Moldy items right in front for you to grab. Yuck! Not sure id trust to buy any perishable items from here after the few items I ran across that were obviously spoiled.

Normally I almost never complain, but I believe Kroger should hire employees who actually like their job and enjoy customer service & customer interactions. I understand that stores have their closing times but that is absolutely no excuse to be rude and rush a customer out only 2 minutes after 11pm especially when the customer is walking to the front already. Kelby was extremely rude & has no business within customer service. I understand how labor laws work and I understand that most don't get paid overtime but again, that is no excuse to be absolutely horrible to a customer when they're leaving the store. I have come to this Kroger before around the same time and have had a pleasant experience with everyone letting me know the store will be closing soon, some have even been so nice to help me look for an item so I can get to the register quicker. Kelby was a huge disappointment.

This Kroger was spot on! In and out. Grabbed what I needed was looking lost and the manager and helpers were trying to restack some display that fell over. "Sorry are we blocking you?" Oh no I'm just lost not my normal store. "What are you looking for?" Dried red lentils? "Aisle 8 right side mid shelf halfway down. I went in my way bang right behind me guiding to what I just passed. I said you were busy you didn't have to come over here for a 99 cent bag of beans. Oh no problem. Wow that is service. Wish I had his name to put in. Today around 1140 and blue shirt.

It's a shame I gotta rate the store this due to the "security guard" but if I could negotiate star I would talk about a guy that wanted to be a cop but obviously wasn't able to pass the exam. He is disrespectful and rude. He pulled up on me like he had a problem and stared at me like he was some thug gangster in a Kia . I'm a Uber drive and and was just waiting on a rider . I won't pick up here again

Please invest in something to help your employees gather the baskets outside easier. It's too hot for those poor people to be struggling. H-E-B has straps for their employees. Just an idea

Great place to do your monthly market, good service, employees are a little strange but very nice people. Always not too full and can do my shopping quick. 100% recommended

I quit going to this store a long time ago except for gas, propane, and pharmacy. Frankly, this is a dangerous store with lots of thefts and robberies. Except for a couple of wonderful long-time sackers, the staff is not great and products are not the best when you consider that HEB, Whole Foods, Rice, and Trader Joe's are close. Tonight the pharmacy manager was rude when I was in to fill my script and just stared at me so I asked him what was his problem. He started screaming and cursing (with other customers all around) and told me I had been rude to him on the phone (wha? when?) and on and on. (I feel bad, but I yelled back at him using his same foul language). He refused to give me the name of his supervisor so I returned my script and will be moving it. I then waited and talked to the manager, and he was very apologetic and seemed nice; he said he would take care of it. While I was talking to the manager another customer walked up and told the manager he saw what happened and that pharmacist had been rude to HIM in the past also. So, now I am down to propane and gas only until they get a new pharmacist.

"Best Kroger's in Houston." That was when I first discovered this grocery store on Voss near Westheimer around midnight on 5/11/2017. It used to be a 24-hour operation prior to Covid-19 pandemic. I usually came in for a quick grab and to wind down after work. I haven't been back since the construction on Loop 610. My recent visit was just last weekend. Since I planned to buy some pots at Cornelius Nursery, I thought to swing by to get my weekly groceries at this store. I have been shopping at Elmside Kroger on Westheimer, about 3 miles west from here. My recent displeasure was constant empty produce sections. I don't know if it was a cause for the disruption of supply distribution or I came shopping on the wrong day. Came to Voss Store surprised to see a familiar scene. Produce shelves were emptier than other stores. It looks so sad. Other sections of store were perfectly stocked and as pretty as it has been. Note to management. Here are my dislikes: 1) The self-checkout lines are with 2 parallel aisles. Machines are not user friendly. I prefer the other one shaped as a rectangle. 2) Oh, another displeasure was they sold me an expensive artichoke with organic label on the shelf but not on the product.

I love the vibe at (almost all) Krogers. Though it's a national chain (with local names in respective cities) they feel like a neighborhood grocery store. This is particular is not the largest Kroger - the aisles are a bit more compact, to put it mildly. But hey, that's not so bad - you can get in and out a lot quicker. It is a great location and I've been met with nothing but the friendliest staff.

If you like blaring rock and Club music at top volume while you're trying to shop, this is the store for you! I'm in my 50s and enjoy rock music too, but when I'm trying to think while I'm shopping it's so annoying to hear this music so, so loud. One literally can't even think while they're shopping. I've lived in this area for 25 years and shopped the store and loved it the whole time until the last year when they began with the loud music. I have tons of friends in the area and they all say the same thing. The store has just gone downhill so quickly in the last year. To be honest it's a total dump these days. If I were you I would go to H-E-B nearby, or actually any place that isn't blasting music is quite as loud as they are..
