Even though this location is closer to my house but I would rather drive a few more miles to the one on Eldorado location. This H‑E‑B location is fine but some of the staff are rude and unfriendly, they don't greet you saying hello or saying thank you when they check you out. It's happened more than two times, different cashiers.

I love HEB and I love living close to one especially one that is 5 minutes from my house.Heb offers soooo much....samples, plenty of parking, grab and go food, cheese variety, sushi, seafood, events for kids, etc... so why the 3 stars!? Let me tell yah...the international section is lacking. I was happy when they added it years ago and by now one would think it would continue to evolve and grow...not really. My biggest gripe is why the kids racecar carts at the side of the building not covered!?!? It totally sucks when you have little little ones that want to ride in it but then you have to explain that you need to wipe it off first or that it wet because it rained and they start crying because all they want to do is get inside. So you carry them while pushing a wet cart looking for something to wipe it off with. Like where is the logic in this!? Never really affected me until I had kids that wanted to ride in it. So I have to go all the way to the bathrooms to get paper towels to wipe it off but I also have to accept the fact that they will still get wet because I can't dry off the buckets. Lord help me when my daughter realizes she's wet and screams because she wants me to dry her. Let's talk about when it's windy and there is leaves all in it and pollen. Why are these carts left out in the elements like that. Am I the.only parent that struggles. Otherwise I love HEB for all my grocery needs, samples, and events.....I wish they would just do me a solid and at leave put them under the covered patio or at least throw a cover over them so they don't looked unloved and neglected.

Super helpful staff and the curbside delivery was correct and quick. Had to go in to grab a few things I forgot and the produce section was excellent.

This place has become poorly managed. From giant carts for curbside pick up blocking the aisles to managers who are rude and to cashiers it won't listen, these employees don't care about their customers anymore. I used to shop here often but never again.

I went to heb today and was very impressed with their planning and preparation that has gone into the social distancing. They have added shields in front of the checkers, feet markers encouraging social distancing at checkouts. They are only allowing a certain number of people in at once which as first was a little off putting due to concerns of standing close in lines which would defeat the purpose BUT they had super awesome staff members talking to everyone, explaining how the line works and reminding EVERYONE to allow ATLEAST two arm lengths between you and the next person. I only waited about 5 minutes to get in. Staff members were cleaning freezer doors handles, wiping down conveyer belts (stuff we should do all the time). The imposed limits are unfortunately necessary to ensure everyone has a chance to get what they need. I would love to see the toilet paper, paper towels and hand cleaner restocked as would everybody. Very impressive how this not pleasant situation is being handled here at HEB.
