Well came here with my mom to the deli section to and had questions about catering for a party. No one was around so I got someone to find someone for us. He was very rude and had no idea what we were talking about. Kroger you just lost a customer!!! Customer service sucks here. So decided to come to heb and they are very friendly and helpful.

They should call it ghetto Kroger. Kroger sucks over all but this one is exceptional suck. P U. No service. No beer. Hood rat looking store. Bathrooms are back in the service area and filthy and gross. Why do people shipping here. It's terrible. It's expensive. Overpriced. And they can't afford cashiers. I always see one or two registers open with staff. They want you to check yourself out Fucke em. Just walk out with it. Bill Burr does. So do I. Fucke you Kroger. Get your shit together. Until then. FREE BEER.

Place is filthy. Proper filthy. All the produce looks like it's been on the shelves too long. Nothing fresh. Honestly you leave feeling like you need to shower.

This location needs to be closed down. Homeless people hanging outside the store begging for money and even following you to your car. Not to mention the parking lot Is pitch black ... The store is always a mess and cashiers are so slow to checking you out. Save yourself the trip.

Love the neighborhood aspect of this store, and love the people who work here. The quality of the fresh protein offered here is so awful--whether chicken or beef--so awful. Tough, no flavor. Thank goodness for the new HEB close by.

PROS: Near other shopping stores Parking:plenty Price: average as other store Staff: most of the time friendly CONS: -Hate the new carts, water/ dog food does not fit -only have 1 cashier available and you are being constantly asked if you want to do self check out ( feels like the store is getting me as an employee except I'm not getting paid) - usually only one bagger who is also getting carts from parking

What tf is wrong with this Kroger. 2 cashiers on duty and the lace is busy. They keep telling you Go to the self checkout....... Fuck off. If I wanted a job at Kroger I'd apply for a job. Losers! Zero Customer Service.

First off years ago, one cashier called me a profane name for picking up a case of Diet Coke from the bottom of the cart to hand it to him to make his job easier. Guess he likes to do things the hard way. The manager did not seem to care that much. Corporate echoed the sentiment. This past Monday morning, I was in dire need of cat litter and this was the closest open store. I was the only person in line and the cashier and another employee were playing with her phone while downloading a Lotto app. They took care of me when they were finished playing on the clock. This store is always dirty. This location used to be wonderful with some seasoned, long time cashiers who recognized and acknowledged regular customers. They were all older. Somewhere along the line, Kroger shifted and started sucking. They got rid of all of the older cashiers and hired young, apathetic, jerks who don't care about anything outside of themselves. I hard rumors that this store was closing. Seriously wish it would.

This place is just a dump. Worst customer service around. Employees are on their cell phones all the time or standing talking to each other while folks wait in lines. Since I live close it was convenient for milk, eggs, & bread. Not even. Much rather go to HEB where they are mot understaffed and they actually clean the place up.

Just WOW. This Kroger is not appealing to the eye at all. It's really run down and the parking lot is so cramped. Since I drove out of my way to get here, I decided to just make the most of it. Finding a cart was my biggest challenge to start my shopping trip. Like really--where do they keep the carts? They do not have a place to push them from the outside to the inside of the store. The store front is so small that they cannot keep carts there. Sides of the building? Maybe, but there were no carts to be found there either when I came. I ended up stalking the parking lot for a lone cart. No one was there to wipe the carts off like you saw many stores do with the onset of Covid. Good luck with that...I wear gloves when I shop for this purpose alone. I cannot trust someone to keep me safe! As far as inventory--adequate. I found most of what I was looking for, but I just felt a little claustrophobic in this store. Maybe it's just me, but I probably will not go out of my way to get groceries here again.

Ok, this was a curbside pick up. There was a little bit of a wait, but hey, I get it. No matter how busy you are there is no excuse for the poor quality product that I received. This food should have been thrown out during routine inspection which leads me to believe that they don't have any routine inspection. I wonder if the person that bagged this would serve this to their family.

This Kroger is NOT following the mask ordinance mandated. The manager was questioned and he replied that he was simply not going to force anyone to wear a mask

Absolute terrible service. Do not order curbside. They will be late and call you after you're already in your time slot waiting to pick it up saying it'll be another 1+ hour wait. Try HEB if you want curbside! They're on time or if they have a delay/back up they notify you earlier than when your time slot starts.

Today I needed to run to the store for work. Well it looked like the lights had been cut off when I was trying to pick produce for a fruit tray. I realize that the food is marked down in the morning, but geez do you have anything fresh? I was disappointed to say the least. I won't return to this store unless it is a emergency
