Called to cancel membership in June. Representative freezes my account so I will get charged in August. Called in August to discuss and they inform me I will still be charged for September and I’m being charged 27 dollars for not returning the key fob. Lastly, the email address on the website is incorrect which is problematic when they require a written cancellation to stop charging your bank account. Nothing illegal about making canceling subscription difficult and it is a pleasure doing business with Redzone!

I love it here! It's always a whole vibe! Everyone from RED, the trainers, staff and members are all very welcoming and motivating. They love to see you succeed and surpass your fitness goals. Saturday bootcamps and the Zone 4 training are definitely a good time that you don't even realize how quick that hour went by but you will for sure see it in the calories burnt. This is the place to be. 10/10 recommend! :)
