Love that there is more and more in this area. I will be returning after today! Cute & clean little spot on a strip. Variety of snacks to choose from. I went with their Tostitos Loco's with the spicy Tostitos. They have a green bag or purple bag. It contains, Japanese peanuts, cucumbers, jicama, tamarind bit's, pickled pig skin, and topped off with Valentina. I loved it, definitely has a kick to it but nothing crazy. Their fresas and crema were honestly really good super fresh crema versus other place that I've been too. The banana topped it off, super creamy. Lastly their agua fresca, I have the guava. Definitely can tell it's homemade, not super sweet just right. Super quick service and great customer service.

I wanted to love it because I was really craving authentic Mexican corn in a cup but I must say I am highly disappointed. Authentic corn in a cup is made with real white corn, this one is canned yellow corn. The chili sauce is really good though! I also had cantaloupe water, I really can’t tell if it’s natural or not. It does have a good flavor to it

So refreshing! Reminds me of my vacation to Cancun. Who doesn’t love fresh cut fruit in the Houston area. ❤️❤️

I recently visited the Refresqueria at Rice Village, and it was a delightful surprise! This refresqueria offers a refreshing twist to the traditional concept with its huge and diverse menu.First and foremost, their snow cones are a must-try! The flavors are vibrant, and they’re generous with the syrup. I couldn’t get enough of them. And if you’re a fan of nachos, you’re in for a treat. The nachos here are delicious, and they pair perfectly with the snow cones. What truly stood out to me was the fact that I don’t think there’s anything bad on the menu. It’s a testament to the care and attention to detail that goes into crafting their offerings. Whether you’re craving something sweet or savory, they have you covered. The staff at Refresqueria is not only friendly but also incredibly patient. They’ll happily help you navigate their extensive menu, making recommendations if needed. Their warm and welcoming attitude adds to the overall positive experience. The cleanliness of the place is another highlight. You can tell that they take hygiene seriously, which is reassuring, especially when enjoying snacks.A huge plus for this place is its location in Rice Village. After indulging in your raspa (snow cone), you can take a leisurely walk around the charming strips of Rice Village, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. In summary, if you’re in the mood for a refreshing twist on the classic refresqueria experience, Refresqueria at Rice Village is a fantastic choice. With its extensive menu, great snow cones, friendly staff, and clean environment, it’s a gem worth exploring. I can’t wait to return and try even more from their tempting menu!

My boyfriend and I visit this place whenever we are craving a good mangonado for dessert. The inside is really clean and there is a LOT of options on the menu. The employees were nice and our drinks always come out fast. The first time we went about 1.5 hours before they closed and the mangos in my mangonada were a bit unripe and hard. However, the second time we went during the day and the mangos were juicy and ripe. We will definitely be returning.

Everything here looked so delicious and it was hard not to over indulge. Only piece of feedback is that the gushers were hard

Meh - it was ok; the games were sticky, so that made me wonder about the rest of the facility. It's nice to have one of these in the village. Standard offerings.

Love the food here, very authentic and reasonably priced! Great spot for a quick snack. Got the banana caramel ice cream and conchitas, both were amazing and were only $5 each.

First time here, and I have to say, this place was amazing! Now only do they have an amazing selection but the customer was great! He took the time to explain how things were made (due to certain things I can eat due to surgery) and even had recommendations. The prices are very affordable and the atmosphere was nice, Spanish music classes songs and the tables were clean. Overall the drinks and food we got were amazing. I had the watermelon mangonada, and my fiance had churros locos. ?

I tried the nachos with chili cheese jalapeños and the hot Cheetos with cheese, and they were both pretty bland. But the store is clean and comfortable. Good service, great location.

If you are near Rice Village or even if you are not this place is a must do and will be worth the drive. In my opinion they have the best snow cones and elotes in Houston. The ingredients are fresh, it is consistently flavorful, and they are not stingy with their toppings. I like to order the natural strawberry snow cone, but they also have the artificial flavor if that's you preference. We have tried many things but we stop in often for the elote, snow cones, and mangonadas. On a hot day this place hits the spot. I place an order on their website and walk in and pick it up. I noticed that they also do door dash but since we order snow cones it won't work for us.

They forgot the sauce on my nachos. :( unfortunately, it was during my break, and I couldn’t go back for it. I also got the watermelon “mangonada”, and it was too sweet. It tasted very syrup-y. It didn’t taste like watermelon. 2 stars because My friend got a rusa, and it was really good. In my opinion it’s a little over priced. The corn was ok.
