If I could give a 0 rating I would. I told the lady at the beginning my nails are real (and showed her), I needed a refill and cut down. The cut down was simple. She started off trying to put a powder color of HER house on my nails instead of what I said because she felt it looked better. I made her change it to what I wanted and it went downhill from there. Sloppy application and got mad when I told her I had gaps of no product on the sides of my nails. There was also black flakes in the product so it looks like my nails are dirty. The filing process left my nail crooked and she got mad when I addressed it as well. She filed a whole corner of my nail off and it looked like half of a nail so I made her fix it. She started being disrespectful and drilled my real nails down on the inside and I told her I didn’t want her to finish. She got loud and the older lady waved me off when I tried to tell her what happened. I won’t be back and I will be making a report to the cosmetology board as well.

The stuff very rude I am at the saloon now .. they are three ladies they are yelling at me and my daughter … the saloon very very bad .. they discussed stuff and dirty saloon. We asked them to give us te business card they told us they don’t have .. just now I know why it is the only this saloon doesn’t have customers .. because it is the worst saloon in Houston

Regal Nails is an awesome place ! I’ve been coming here for 10 years! 2727 Dunvale location. The owners are so nice have great customer service. Great deals and take care of children with patience and grace. I would recommend this place !!

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I paid $55 for a nail service that fell apart within just three days. The technician cut my nails extremely short and seemed inexperienced, which made the process take almost two hours. When I returned to address the issue, the manager was rude and dismissive. She spoke in another language with her staff and refused to refund my money. Instead, she offered to fix the nails, but I chose to have them removed. I had to wait outside for 50 minutes, and when she finally removed them, it was done unprofessionally.She put my whole hand in Aseton bowl . Now, my nails are sore, and I’ve developed eczema from the acetone. The manager's attitude was unacceptable, and she even shouted at me when I mentioned sharing my experience. For a better experience, I recommend finding a salon with more skilled professionals

I will never go there again my nails were horrible, they started lifting after 4 days. They were very thin, took a long time I got there at 1:30 didn't leave until after 4:50 and my sister, neice and I walked in there it was empty not a person in the chair. 3 people walked in later requesting a refund or refix. I gave them 2 stars because the lady who did my pedicure was awesome. I will not back. The polish is not what I asked for I was just ready to go.

Awesome service. My did my nails and she was so professional and took her time. I love my nails!!! Walmart on Dunbar inside. Go see them. Affordable prices they do t try to rob you like other salons?

Made it to regal nails at about 7:10 tonight. The guy then asked what service I needed, I told him pedicure. He then proceeded to ask me was is a shellac pedicure. I told him yes! He then tells me he can’t do it! So why did you ask me all that if you knew you wasn’t gonna be able to do it? If the lady that normally sit in the front would have been there she wouldn’t have turned me down. SMH it’s 7:10 and you don’t close until 8pm.
