The old man which is the OWNER is so unprofessional, when having an accident he gets his attitude and is so rude. Had gone there to buy a drink and when my brother had his, he drops it and it shatters on the ground. I had him go get an employee while i waited there so no one would get hurt, the young lady thats an employee comes out the back room And its when i let her know that i had already sent my brother to get someone she just looks at me and walks away. Which I assume she had it covered. As im getting checked out the owner tells me “Next time let someone know you broke something ,she had to let me know”(the young employee)which I then said “I did tell her??you dont have to give me attitude with me” He could have handled it differently. He also charged me for the broken drink. Do not recommend,! There meat is chewy and nasty anyways. I rather make the drive to Bonito Michoacán on Fondren and W bellfort.

Great Mexican breakfast! Fresh salsa bar for toppings & spice. Good variety but breakfast is my favorite here. Authentic, homemade, tasty, and reasonably priced. The cafe in the small well provisioned grocery store has very accommodating cooks and the ubiquitous store owner is always there to help and an all around very nice guy! Check it out and be happy you did…..

Honestly, the best convenience store as they are 5 mins away and have pretty much everything at a great price, from basic home stuff to food.Hope they keep it great as it is.

Used to live next to this place and loved getting the burritos,I now live over an hour 1 way and 2 buses but we still try and make it over here as much as we can to get food, it's so good! And totally worth the trip! My wife could of picked anywhere to get dinner for her birthday, and we are back at the regio for the awesome burritos. The staff is awesome and friendly and they always remember us even tho we don't get out this way as much as we would like. Really miss living near the regio!

I stopped going to this place because of several reasons...First off; they don't put enough meat in the tacos, they're mostly lettuce and onions. I feel that I mostly ate tortillas when I used to buy tacos from this place. I asked the lady once if she could add more meat, to which she rudely answered that I should pay extra if I wanted more.Secondly, the lady at the register would not even bother to greet you and seem like she didn't care if you purchased anything or not!Lastly, there are many things unmarked, without a price on them. You have to ask at the register if you want to know. What's the deal...? Do they pretend that you'll buy stuff no matter what the price is?And there are more reasons in addition to these... they don't sell beer at this place... because they're of some sort of religious belief. But they surely rip you off with the tacos and other food!

This place has THE BEST authentic Hispanic food I have ever had. I live no where near this fantastic place and have to travel a 2hour roundtrip bus ride just to enjoy their food. It has been and always will be worth the effort! They also sell the absolute best and freshest premarinated carne asada in their meat market. Don't buy your choice cuts at your super Walmart. Seriously this place has the freshest meats and plus, it's good to have a relationship with your butcher. "Taco Truck +" type food made with sincere love. The family that owns this business is wonderful as well and always makes their customers feel welcome and appreciated ?
