I opened a CC at this brach and was told that with in 3 months if I spend $1000 I will get a cash back of $250. Never received any thing. Went to the back and spoke with Mr. Paul in regards to this matter, he never followed up with me. I had such a bad experience with this brach of regions bank. I end up calling customer service and they were more helpful

the bank was fine, responsive, good live experience, very good online site, however fees for $$ transfer to other banks. I closed my account because I no longer need another bank.

I’ve been waiting over a month for my name change on the credit card. I’ve updated this information in the bank(on westheimer), and the associate told me I was good to go. Don’t get me wrong, when I was in there he gave me my debit card with the updated name on the spot. As for the credit card, the associate told me it would be mailed. I waited 2 weeks, and nothing came, so I called customer service. They told me I never requested a replacement credit card. I told them to please go ahead and do what they have to do to get the card delivered. 2 weeks later, still nothing. So I’m talking to the 4th person in customer service. I finally got my card…… and it’s my OLD name. All I’m saying is I wouldn’t have needed to wait this long if the person at the bank didn’t tell me it was already on the way, making me waste time waiting. The wrong name on the card wasn’t his fault because it was customer service’s end, but telling me it would be mailed as if he started that process wasted so much of my time.

Wow, you have an atm that lets you pick the denominations and then gives you all 50s. Really? I needed 1s, now I need to change out the 50s somewhere else. Like the machine in 2023 doesn’t know it is out of 1s

This was the 1st bank I ever went to in Houston Texas and so far they could only part I don't like is that whenever you do a transaction and it takes forever for it to come out like a lots of things be pending for a very long time instead of going straight through.
