Smelled of urine, extremely filthy including dead roaches, trash, and old medication stuck to the floor of my moms room when she was transported here from the hospital following a stroke. I had her transferred the next day!

My experience here has been phenomenal! The staff was kind to my Mom every step of the way. A special thank you to Latrice and Tim who were prompt at addressing any questions or concerns I had. The aftercare and follow up once Mom was home was second to none.
