Charles took the time to explain which mattress would be best for my bad back and it has been WONDERFUL! My wife also bought the X-chair which she loves and Charles took the time to show her all the features to make it the most comfortable for her. Charles is awesome! Go see him if you need a mattress, office chairs, or the awesome massage chair (next on my list). Thank you Charles, you’re the best!

We worked with Jill and she was amazing. Not pushy while we were trying out the beds in store. We had just had a toxic experience at a local mattress store across the street and hesitant to go in to another mattress store. But so glad we did! We found our bed and Jill helped us in so many ways. Highly recommend.

I love the Kirby Drive location of this store! You can count on Jill and Charles to do right by you. They've both gone out of their way to make sure I select the right thing for me and that I've been happy with my purchase.
Jill is an absolute rockstar! She not only walked me through ALL the options for my new mattress and adjustable frame, she worked to make sure I got the best price. She knows her stuff inside and out and she's super patient with indecisive people like me. She and Charles are the reason I now have an office chair I don't hate, and in a week they'll be the reason I rest easy at night.
Trust me skip that mattress store next door and head in to Relax the Back instead. Try the massage chairs. Trust me on this...just do it. Thanks Jill!! Thanks Charles!!

I am so impressed with Relax the Back’s support for customer service, and I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience purchasing a Lifeform chair with Charles.
My partner and I went to the store with many questions about ergonomics and chairs, and Charles happily answered all of them. He consistently went the extra mile to show real world examples by pulling relevant models or letting us try various set ups with desks.
Once we made the purchase, Charles provided regular updates about the shipping and when to expect the chair. And get this -- once it arrived, he sent photos of the assembly, delivered it to our house, AND did an ergonomic fitting against my office set-up.
It is RARE to find genuine customer service and even rarer for it to exist from pre-sales to post-sale. Thank you, Charles!!
