I have rented a new Volcano Washer and Dryer unit for about a year during weekly automatic drafts from my bank account. Six weeks ago my dryer stopped working and i called the store to get the dryer replaced. For two weeks I was told by the manager and assistant that they had been looking for a replacement dryer by calling other locations they also stated they could bring me a different dryer i opted out of that because they scratched up my wood floors on the 1st
Delivery. i was told they would find me something within a week and set up a day and apologized for the inconvenience but later that day when i called back to see about the day and time they would have something deliver they started do details yet so i asked to cancel the contract and for the unit to be pick up asap. Its been 3 weeks no one has came to pick up the unit on the scheduled days and i have since financed through a different company. This is ridiculous they are still taking payments as well on a weekly basis. The ethics and moral compass of the team at this location is something less to be desired.
