I called into the 4421 griggs location this morning and spoke to Sammy I asked for a bundle ps5+tv I asked would delivery be the same day I was told yes I paid the fee for bi-weekly then was told by Edward that wouldn't be possible I took off today a lack of communication caused me to not want to do business Edward was rude and not helpful at all no customer service skills at all very unprofessional not a good way to start off business as a professional it is important to have transparency with your customers I was rushed to pay but delayed to receive the items that have been paid for make it make sense without customers there is no business or employees

A worker threaten me about a payment!!! And knowing the pay is due today and was telling me that he was going to make sure my furniture and appliances get repossessed!

Do not deal with this scam.
These people told a bold face lie had me spend over 1 hours on the phone going through differnt laptops. Took all my info including sensitive personal information.
Placed a order and paid by credit card.
Waited almost 3 days Noone called I had to keep calling this so called corporate phone number.
Finally on the 4th day someone answered the phone and said they didn't see any application.
When in fact my account on their website is fully active with a shipping date that passed up.
The guy transfered me to the store and claimed o the equipment is broken you need to come to a store and do a application.
Previously I was told the customer service on the website isn't real those online applications does not get you approved when bluntly the website says APPROVED AND READY TO BE DELIVERED!
The lady at the store Griggs st Houston Tx had such a nasty attitude talking fast trying to cover up the fact they are all lying by fast talking etc.
So basically the website and all the info you put their does not matter even when I paid with my card all the necessary fees!
This is openly false advertising and taking money with a fake process to trick you to believe you are approved then a store call you back and scream o it's broke you need to do an application again!
