The Manager of my store Kassy is a God send. She gets things done and she is very informative about renting to own. I have purchased before from RAC over 10 years ago, but this experience is my best experience ever!

Overall, it's been an OK experience. Great employees but I dislike Not being able to get payment extensions over phone and requires coming physically into storefront.

After going to the store, I received no service because the location was appointments only. After being a loyal customer in the past I feel like not returning due to having been told that I would have to shop online only. Also, I feel that if the location is appointment only they need to post that and not just have regular store hours on their storefront.
