  The other lady is nice and friendly. I don't like the manger. Why do they have her in the store if she doesn't speak Spanish? The store is in a Hispanic neighborhood, so it is obvious that they need people in that store who speak Spanish.

  I walked in to look around today & it was an immediately no for me ! The manager (tall lady ) talk to the workers like they are slaves ! Omg I know they have a job to do but to talk to them in the tone and the way she do is unacceptable! They all should walk out and leave her!

  Before they served you well and the communication was perfect but since the new handler is here, everything is going to waste. She has tremendous bad manners, she is very rude and threatens to take away your purchases. I have been a customer of ASE for more than 4 years and I barely finished After paying I won't buy anything else in this store

  Denise over at hillcroft RAC is awesome! She will go above & beyond to make sure your experience is great. She helped me all afternoon with an online order & was very patient & attentive the whole way through.
  If you are looking to lease through RAC definitely go with hillcroft if you can & speak to Denise you will not regret it!!

  The WORST!!!!! Waiting now for 5 days for a simple bedroom set . They obviously do NOT keep track of paperwork and all we get is the runaround. I have to say things happen for a reason but avoid this headache 🤕!!

  This place is a joke! I simply request to no be harassed 20x a day because I'm at work! They don't honor it and hang up on me when requested. I will be filing a report with BBB and corporate! Do not use them for your hone needs! They will make it a damn nightmare!!! Store manager included!

  Completely unprofessional. First they told me they were gonna return my money back to my card within 2-3 business days. On the third day they said to wait until Sat and if still not deposited back to my card I can go in for a cash refund. Mind you I have all this in writing. Then Saturday came and then they said I was misinformed (which is not my fault) that I had to wait 3-5 business days for a refund and that’s only IF they have the cash. And can you believe the guy actually got an attitude with ME like I did something wrong? Tbh I think they spent whatever I gave them and don’t even have the funds to reimburse me. I need to speak to the owner so they can know how that sorry excuse for a business is being run. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS…. If you can even call it that. Today is day 5 I’m gonna come back and update my experience after they open!

  Worst customer service ordered from here twice one time they told me they couldn’t give it to me because it had bugs all in the computer and then I placed another one and they told me I would have to come into the store and give them proof of everything and then wait two more days to get approved after I already gave them my information all online worst rent a center

  Horrible customer service told me for three days was going to cancel my orders becuase it had “bugs in it” keep telling me the same thing every day didn’t cancel it until the third day after there promotion for Father’s Day was up and the 1c for the first week was gone. Completely unprofessional
