I spoke to Dave the owner on the phone for like 2 minutes and it was the easiest and best customer service I've gotten from a game store over the phone, I'll definitely be stopping by soon.

Came here a few times when he was at his prior location at W 19th near Shepherd. Owner is very knowledgeable and his collection is insane. Prices are also pretty reasonable but it's great for just a visit for nostalgia as well.
