I think they do a great job in rescuing pets and placing them with loving family

I have volunteered with RPM for years. They have saved thousands of dogs and cats from city and county shelters that are so overcrowded that many would have been euthanized. RPM partners with rescues in states that don't have the dismal stray pet situation that we have in Houston

Please foster and save lives! RPM transfers these animals out of state and fostering is only for a week or two. Don't let them die!

The work this group does for the stray/homeless/shelter animals is amazing

A wonderful organization within the houston and surrounding area. They work hard to help those that can’t help themselves. Saving tens of thousands of animals from high kill shelters and broken homes alike. They are not a drop off, but they seem to always be on top of curve when it comes to helping a pet in need.

I liked this place. I dropped off some cat food. The staff were friendly. Parking was easy. Finding the place was easy. No problems.

Amazing experience, a neighbor introduced me to a few of their fosters and I couldn’t resist to help out as well. It requires commitment, discipline and love. Although it is difficult if you own more dogs, it is very rewarding. The team at RPM show authentic love and care for animals, the place smells clean and welcoming.

I have fostered approximately 100+ dogs/puppies for RPM in the 1.6 yrs. that I was involved with this rescue. During this time I expressed some concerns to the dog foster coordinators regardingsome questionable activities including the health of some of my fosters. I found out that fosters are not supposed to ask questions. You will find your foster contract terminated. DO NOT ASK QUESTIONS! I have fostered hundreds of dogs over 7 yrs for other rescues so I do have a little knowledge. I emailed a letter to a COFOUNDER voicing my concerns and 1 week later still waiting on a response.PS. Alot of fosters are discouraged, frustrated and LEAVE. It might be a good idea to try to work with the fosters in order to keep them.

They are a rarity. They save endless cats and dogs, they don’t leave the moms behind. They’re always going the extra step to make sure the animals are safe, vetted, and most importantly loved within a great fosters home.Beyond thankful for everything they do.

I am so happy I found RPM! My dog fostering experience with them was smooth, rewarding and fun! The staff are always so considerate and patient, making sure everything was explained and I felt comfortable with the foster pup they matched me with. They have a lot of support for foster families, like Facebooks groups and on-site medical care. The best part for me is that they often need foster homes for just a few days until transport to their forever home, so it wasn't too long of a commitment for me. If you are interested in fostering and saving pet lives, contact Rescued Pets Movement.

My family and I had pets for 13 years. They sadly passed away due to age and illnesses. We missed having pets at home and decided to foster. I applied with Rescued Pets Movement after reading about their ethos . It is such a noble organization that saves so many pets from the euthanasia lists and places them with no kill rescue groups.I was so happy when my application to foster was approved. I have fostered two doggies so far and I have to say that my family and I are so touched by these pets that get a second chance in life thanks to RPM.By fostering either doggies or cats, you are able to give them a break from being in a kennel and it also allow RPM to focus on saving more pets from being euthanized.By no fault of their own pets are either surrendered or left to wonder the dangerous roads of Houston and the shelters are overcrowding. RPM is actively saving these animals.Fostering has been the best decision my family and I have made. RPM has such an organized system for fostering. They set you up with the food for the pet and anything else you may need. Another thing that touched me about RPM is that they not only care for the pets, but they show such gratitude to all their volunteers. It truly feels like a family and we all have a unified mission to save animals. I encourage anyone that is thinking about fostering to please reach out to RPM. It is such a selfless action with beautiful results.

They weren't able to take the kitten I was trying to save but they gave me all the resources, addresses, and even a carrier for the Lil thing so I didn't have to hold the kitten while driving. The kitten and I thank them immensely. They saved my morning and a kitten ?
