Good: I was able to get early check in after a red eye.Bad: strange odor in my room which was not in good repair (cracked tiles, molding coming away from wall) with at best lukewarm water for the shower. Requested blanket via app and calling front desk both of which were ignored.

The young lady who checked is in was very nice. We were able to sleep well. Housekeeping did not wake me early with knocking on the door. I always appreciate that. (It's one of the things I dislike most in a hotel stay.) We checked out the next morning. Breakfast was over. They were cleaning up and did not linger over time. So if you want to try their breakfast, you'll need to get up and get there. I was looking for coffee. They had put that away, too.Rooms: Spacious

11-8-2023 was surprised how clean the grounds and room was. Very nice kitchenette but sparsely stocked with utensils. The bathroom is clean and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of security using your key card to get around.Rooms: Very nice and cleanSafety: Plenty of security gates to keep Outsiders out

Be careful staying at this hotel. The rooms are not very clean and they have a severe roach problem. I actually took videos because I was so shocked by this. From the couch to the rugs and the walls there were stains everywhere. The bathroom toilet look like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. I’ve never been in a hotel where they had roaches. And when I went down to the front desk and let them know, the lady wanted to put me in a different room, but couldn’t guarantee that they wouldn’t be roaches, and then the only other option was that they would send maintenance to spray the room, but I would need to leave the room. Unfortunately, even under circumstances like these, they don’t do refunds.

Rooms were a good size. Service could have been better. The woman handling breakfast in the morning was a snob. She looked like the breakfast police!! She was cooking breakfast with a ton of hairs stuck to the back of her shirt. Then we witnessed her pull out her phone from her bra with her hands. Yes, she'd had gloves on. I dnt believe she's licensed to serve food.Safety: It's in a rough spot.

Room smelled odd. I had to buy some cleaner to clean up the smell. Hot tub was not working. The pool was not cleaned and open for use until after 12:00PMRoom is cleaned every other day.Bed was made but sheets never changed or even checked for anything just pulled back up. No soap provided in bathroom sink.Ice machine did not work in my room.Elevator was dirty and walls had peeling tiles. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Only one of the treadmills in the gym was working. Bike was not working.I would not stay at this location or recommend it to others. Staff were nice and polite. The property needs to be updated.Nearby activities: Lover grocery store right door. Lots of shopping clis a.Food & drinks: Breakfast was ok but not great.

Tracking down a manager was difficult. As others have stated, when I requested (several times) for them to call me back, no one did. However, after a few days I was able to speak to a manager, and she acknowledged that the room conditions were unacceptable and that they have been issues with their toilets and with pests. She was very polite and professional (as all staff were), and did refund my stay. I will say, it seemed that the hotel was under-staffed on multiple levels, from the front desk to housekeeping, and I wonder how much of this was an issue with the workers on-site as opposed to Marriott's corporate bigwigs and their attempts at cost-cutting measures. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and it's unfair that they and patrons have to endure these negative experiences. It is time for corporate to step in to ensure high quality service for guests and for their employees to have manageable workloads. I still would not recommend that anyone stay here, but I am giving 2 stars because at least I was given a refund. Frankly, I felt there should have been additional compensation for my troubles, but whatever.

This is by far the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever attempted to stay at. It was a dead water bug upon entering the lobby and the smell of unchanged trash cans. When you walk in it’s very warm and you see multiple fans in circulation.Still attempting to be positive, I waited and hoped the room was better. Many of the rooms have window units hanging from the window, there’s broken down cars in the parking lot. They charge you nightly for parking but it’s clear you’re in an unsafe location. The property grounds gets worse the more you drive around.When we entered through the side door, the smell was worst than the initial one you’re greeted with in the lobby. The elevator is disgusting, the hallways need to be cleaned and carpet should be changed. The room had a dead roach waiting on me at the counter, the room was warm, the furniture was deplorable, I thought there were sparkles or glitter on the curtains but it’s actually the shade is peeling. No light bulbs in certain areas of the room, I just couldn’t subject myself to that.It’s definitely priced wrong. It’s no way this property is meeting Marriott Brand Standards unless Marriotts standards have changed tremendously. Place should be condemned. Run! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You can find slums like this for cheaper.

Hotel's best feature was its hot tub, but they drained it. The A/C was broken; therefore, the room was a sweltering 79'. I guess the staff figured the best way to cool off was a cold shower bc there was no hot water in shower. The common areas are outdated and depressing.

I've been here for about a month or so with my kids while my house is being renovated. We've had the perfect stay to be honest. The pricing was perfect. Location great. My kids and I feel like the staff is friendly and they after a few days already know who is who. I would recommend over and over again.

Do not stay at this location - you have been warned. None of the outside building doors lock and were duck taped to hold together. Windows are broken, cardboard over doors. I left after one night as I didn't feel safe. No hair dryer in room and I was unable to get one. The teflon pans in the room were peeling and unsafe to use. I even took pictures of what I believe were bed bugs. I am a Marriott Gold for life member and this had to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

Off first impressions this hotel does not meet the Marriott standards. The two sitting ducks in the front are unhelpful and extremely unaccommodating. I have been staying at Marriott all my life and have never been turned away for checking in earlier. Home girl didn't even look into the reservation nor check for available rooms just "check in is at 3". As they sit in chairs on their phones ? Is that a way to welcome guest? No. I'm sure I'll be back to update again because these folks already look trifling. UPDATE: this has literally been the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Not only did they waste my entire day but at 3 we check in only to have this manager tell me they don't accept "online banking cards"??? Are you literally out of your mind? The whole world is banking online and you enforce some random policy about "online banks". I'm a silver elite member And stay at Marriott hotels at least once every two months never to have had an issue checking in early or using my card. They don't even expect cash. If you don't bank with Wells Fargo, chase or Bank of America just don't even consider this hotel. Not to mention I thought this was in a nice area from the pictures, nope. It's extremely hood like the unprofessional desk associates. Like who sits in chairs? On their phones... working front desk? So now I'm looking for a new hotel with an event to go to. Do NOT book.
