Not as bad as I thought. They have overnight parking. They go by appointment but they sometimes they allow a walk in but you have to wait till those who appointments are unloaded. You might be lucky it’s not more than 2 trucks.

Only 2 loading docks works from 5 total, from 6am till 10am 3 trucks completed deliveries we still other 7 trucks waiting,if you going to delivery in this location be ready to put half work day if you are lucky

Trucks: Overnight parking available but the gate was closed so I had to go around through downtown and come back around to enter through ETC Jester Rd by the UFC Gym place. No need to come early: they'll get you at your appt time or later.
