I use all 3 locations depending on where I’m located for the day and in my experiences, the w20th street location has the nicest staff. Everyone I pass says hello and always answer any questions I have.

This place is so dirty! The only reason they put things on sale is because it's expired. Nobody seems like they want to help you people are rude look like they don't even want to be there

They need to replace Penny at the check-in counter. Some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. First, I came in to apply for my membership, and she just had an attitude from the beginning. Then when would hand me a bunch of papers with minimum instructions, then yelled at me, having filled in the other paged/signed. Secondly, she is very slow at her job. It took her forever to enter the information and even had me take a guest pass to occupy myself. After about 30 minutes, when I came back, she still was filling out the papers....
Then that day she also told me that the card machine was broken and I needed to come back in a couple of days.
I come back few days later and the machine is still broken... so wasted a hour of my day going there. I was limited on time, so I ask if I can have a day pass to pick up some small things, and she said no. I had to use my membership. So she proceeds ask for my information. I then found out she didn't fill out the registration correctly and can't find me in the system. I ask for a day pass and she denied me again... by this point I was running late for a meeting and just gave up.
Penny really brings down this store, because everyone in the back is awsome and so knowledgeable.

Thank you for listening to our neighborhood complaints about the parking lot takeovers and taking serious steps to fix the problem. Very pleased to see Restaurant Depot working with HPD to do right by our community

Please stop allowing weekly disturbances involving illegal activities to take place on your property.

If I could leave no stars I would. I hope this business pays attention and stops replying with a “email us” response. You are surrounded by consumers who will refuse to become patrons if you continue to do nothing about the street racing that occurs on your property!!

The massive parking lot and lack of security is ruining the peace for the local community. Allowing car meetups during the night with people shooting fireworks or guns, burning out and driving fast down quiet neighborhood streets. It is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt.

Unfortunately they allow a very loud and rowdy carshow every Sunday night and Thursday night, setting off fireworks that sounds like gunshots after 10PM in a neighborhood with children sleeping… completely unacceptable.

As a neighbor of this establishment for over 10 years, I’m sick and tired of the constant street racers that meet in the Restaurant Depot parking lot to squeal tires, set off fireworks, blast music, & pop guns on a weekly basis. When will this business step up and secure their property?!? They’re a nuisance to the neighborhood!

This place is a menace to the neighborhood. Twice a week for years there are car gangs shooting guns and fireworks in their parking lot and this awful business does absolutely nothing to curtail any of the illegal activities. The city of Houston should send a quarterly bill to Restaurant Depot for all the police calls and wasted taxpayer dollars on this disgusting place.

For years, Restaurant Depot has failed to address the ongoing issue of dozens of cars gathering in their parking lot at night for illegal activities, including drag racing, setting off fireworks, and discharging firearms. This has created a dangerous and disruptive environment for the surrounding neighborhood. Numerous neighbors have raised concerns with the company, but there has been no response or attempt to resolve the problem. This is not a complicated issue to fix, yet it remains unaddressed. There is no excuse for this negligence!
